"酒店遠遠就能看得到。房間大廳都非常的豪華。房間夠大。床好像也挺大的，反正超過1米2。花灑的水夠大，沖涼很舒服。家人，親戚都説我會訂酒店，訂了這麼好的房間。
誰知睡覺的時候，發現不對勁了。電視機這面牆跟隔壁的房間簡直是聯通的。那邊的聲音多大，這邊就多大。
然後樓上，嗯經常有挪桌子的聲音，偶爾還聽見類似輕微的打雷聲。打電話給前台，前台説上面有小孩。會跟他們交涉，當時10點多吧。但是一直都沒有停過。然後再打電話問前台，上面是不是有人在打麻將，是不是麻將房來的，前台才如實的告知。
我在攜程網訂房的時候就已經註明需要安靜的房間，來住房的時候也説明要安靜，幹嘛還要開上面是麻將房的房間給我們。然後前前後後交涉了好久，才換了一間房給我，上去發現是個單間，我們有長者，小孩，要兩張床才夠住，一張床，我們怎麼能住得了？打電話給前台，問了經理的電話，經理沒接電話。跟前台説了，你就留我們安安靜靜的睡一個晚上，有什麼事明天再説，我們趕了一天的路實在太累了。
然後前台服務員是怎麼搞的？前剎後後兩個房間打了兩次電話。將近2點鐘的時候還帶個保安上房間。似乎要強行把樓下的房間的東西搬單間去。服務員還有理了。
媽媽説樓上的麻將房4點多鐘才停下來。媽的，窩了一晚上的火。
酒店離交叉路口太近，這確實是硬傷。雖然裝了兩層窗户，但是小汽車對房間影響不大，大車對房間影響還是蠻大的，不單單是響聲，睡在床上都能感覺到在震動。我如果沒記錯，那個單人間應該在19層，大車經過照樣受影響。
最可氣的就是酒店的服務員怎麼能這樣處理問題。
如果服務能打負分，我一定打負分。
本來開始我也不是訂這個酒店的，因為前面的評價已經有人説了類似的問題。所以我訂的是別家的酒店，不知道發什麼神經把那個酒店退了，重新訂這家，以後訂房一定要相信第一感覺。"
