Free launch ramp with parking less than a mile away along with day use beaches within a 5 minute drive, including another launch ramp with large human and separate dog beaches. Rad Retro Pad
Love the house and all the wonderful and generous amenities. So nice to be greeted with the great snacks and goodies. We had an amazing time at the river and the house was a perfect place to relax. Thank you so much.

Nice and quiet and fun!
Perfect for 6 people for 3 nights, quiet area, quick access to Parker and the River. Very clean, and a super fun pool table which got a lot of use. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay.
Our host was great to work with. We enjoyed the place very much. Quiet, clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Just what was needed
The location was great for what we needed it is truly the 70s all works comfortable beds and rooms kitchen clean well stocked ,things should be fixed dinning chairs should be adjusted not to wobble along with master toilet. Front steps need to be replaced and railing weak living room coffee table leg is falling off . Bar and pool table nice

Short stay
My kids and I stayed here for a few days to see our snow bird family. This house was clean and had lot of room. There was a holiday gift basket waiting for us and a small dish of danishes. My kids loved playing the games especially pool. We had a blast staying here and would highly recommend this place!
