This place isn’t a hotel—it’s a frozen nightmare! We checked in on January 17th, only to find the radiator in our room completely broken. With temperatures outside at -2°C, it felt like we were abandoned in a freezer instead of being in a place meant for rest and comfort. We were forced to sleep wearing 5 sweaters, 3 pairs of socks, hats, and scarves, huddling together like we were stranded in the wilderness. When we tried to resolve this with reception the next morning, the receptionist, who couldn’t speak a single word of English, used Google Translate to tell us the radiator would be fixed and we’d get an extra duvet. Guess what? Nothing happened. The room got even colder, the radiator remained dead, and no duvet ever arrived. It was like they simply didn’t care if their guests froze to death. When you pay for a hotel, the absolute bare minimum is a warm, safe space to sleep. This place failed so miserably it was almost criminal. Do not stay here unless you want to risk hypothermia! This hotel should be avoided at all costs.
