**Title: Extremely Disappointing Experience with Poor Customer Service**
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. When I checked in, the male receptionist quoted me a price for a two-night stay, which I paid in full. However, the next day, I received a call in my room informing me that there had been a mistake and that I would need to pay more to stay the second night, which I had already paid for.
To make matters worse, the female receptionist who contacted me was incredibly rude. She shouted at me over the phone and was equally disrespectful in person, making the situation very stressful and uncomfortable.
Additionally, the room was dirty and not well-maintained, adding to the overall negative experience.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone based on my experience. Better customer service and cleanliness are essential, and this hotel failed on both fronts.
