I stayed for 3nights alone. the location was pretty nice close to the centre the amenities were really cheap, some of them like outlet, desk and curtain were too dirty but it's bloody comfortable price so seeing overall, it's good for someone wanna save money with accommodation

Hotel calme, l'accueil est sympa. La chambre est bien entretenue et le lit confortable. Le métro, station Malesherbes ligne 3 n'est pas loin.

Location is ok, near subway line 14 station, about 5 minutes by walking from hotel. But the housekeeping is not good, and there's no elevator, but stairs. Be careful is you stay at higher floors.

The room looks like it was in the last century, and the hotel management staff are also elderly people, but they are very attentive to serving customers. For the elderly, their services are even available 24 hours a day. The hotel's location is very good. If you don't recommend staying at home without air conditioning, then this is a very good choice. As for the lack of air conditioning, I think it's because the government doesn't allow some old buildings to install air conditioning

C'est pas top, la fenêtre ne ferme pas bien, donc l'isolation est nulle. A chaque arrêt du bus, il semble entrer dans ta chambre. Il n'y a pas de gobelets même papier dans la chambre, le matelas n'est pas d'une première jeunesse et la TV ne fonctionne plus. La douche est d'un autre âge.

Nicht zu empfehlen Nie Wieder! Trotz der guten Lage war die Erfahrung einfach schrecklich. Bereits bei Ankunft sieht man, dass das Hotel nicht ausreichend sauber gehalten wird. Zimmer nicht genug gereinigt: Haare auf der Zusatzdecke, **** auf der Klobürste,u.v.m.

Not up to Par. Please read 1/5 1. The gentleman at the reception barely greeted me or made any human interaction with me. If it wasn’t for my local friend, who speaks fluent French, I would’ve had a hard time figuring things out. Even a basic bonjour when he saw me every morning would’ve been nice. 2. The bathrooms are terrible. One light was hanging by its wire through the ceiling, all of the tiles in the shower were plastered poorly and peeling off looking disgusting, I was only provided three towels, and they were no bigger than an adult cat. I had to wash my body with hand cloths pretty much. 3. There is no housekeeping and I was never offered any level of customer service or basic interest if I’m enjoying my stay. 4. I understand no air conditioning, but there wasn’t even a fan or any offered. I had to sleep with the window open every night to get any kind of air circulation and was bit by mosquitoes. 5. The only non-deceptive part about the photos are the beds. The bed was spacious, soft and with good pillows and covers. No problem there. With a little bit more effort for basic amenities and presentation, this place wouldn’t be so bad. I’ve stayed at other small boutique hotels in Paris, and this is not up to par.

Mauvaise expérience Accueil sympathique mais hôtel vieillot, chambre étriquée, inconfortable, bruyante (rue très passante et mauvaise insonorisation), odeur de tabac (pour une chambre non fumeur). Bref, hôtel tout sauf... cosy !
