Dopo numerose esperienze positive a Parigi, ho deciso di soggiornare in questa struttura per cambiare. Purtroppo, la scelta si è rivelata deludente. Nonostante una recente ristrutturazione, l'hotel presenta gravi carenze. La reception è la parte più desolante: piccola, con un bancone bianco e una pavimentazione che ricordano un hotel di due stelle, spesso deserta, costringendo gli ospiti a chiamare per ricevere assistenza. Il personale si è dimostrato impreparato e disorganizzato, con evidenti difficoltà nella gestione dei propri ospiti e nel gestire le situazioni. Anche dopo il soggiorno, al mio ritorno, mi è stata addebitata per errore una spesa inesistente sulla carta di credito fornita come garanzia. Sebbene il problema sia stato risolto, ho dovuto perdere ulteriore tempo per ottenere spiegazioni e lo storno. L'unico aspetto positivo è la posizione, relativamente comoda, ma compromessa dalla vicinanza a una discoteca, che ha reso difficoltoso riposare durante il weekend a causa della musica fino a tarda notte. Nel complesso, un'esperienza sfortunata. Personalmente sconsiglio questo hotel.

Great hotel, great location in the centre of Paris only a few minutes walk from the Champs Elysées, Metro, a short walk only from Place du Concorde, Louvre, Eiffel Tower. Great welcome from the team at the hotel who kindly helped in arranging some requested extras before our visit. All in all the perfect hotel for Paris. Thank you to all the team!

Little small but excellent service

Fabulous and convenient accommodation for a quick stay in Paris. The staff were lovely and helpful and the location is perfect for walking all the city highlights. Would definitely return!

The room is not suitable for a stay with a friend. There is no film on the bathroom separation. i stayed at this hotel 4 years ago and i loved it. but now rooms got older and bathroom faucets are not working properly. The staff is great and very helpfull.
