門不能反鎖，東西相對老舊，前台的禮賓部年長的戴眼鏡的大叔很nice.

設施有點老，但是其他都很不錯，建議定套房， 套房很大環境不錯，整體很復古 喜歡法式復古的可以來體驗。

ジュニアスイートで３人の宿泊。 タオルや水が　2人分しか無い日もあった。 バスタブスペースのシャワーは、壁から水が漏れて、バスタブスペース全てが水浸しになる。 家族のシャワータイムが終わると部屋のタオルを全て使って、床を拭き上げる必要があった。 シャワー室のシャワーは、水圧が子供のおもちゃのじょうろ位しか出なかった。 とても残念なホテルでした。

前枱禮賓服務人員超級好，住這地點非常方便走到凱旋門，只要幾分鍾，附近很多餐廳和酒吧，半島酒店就在隔壁！

The service was excellent the location is great just few meters from a metro station and chanz Elisee. the cleaness was great. The breakfast could had more variety but still was very good. In total I defiantly recommend this hotel for the facilities the decoration and great location. I had a classic room and there are two kind of a classic room, the one I got was the smaller version which I was surprise to see because in the pictures its looks bigger. At the end I switch to a premium room. A perfect stay in Paris for couples

This hotel definitely doesn't feel like a 5-star experience. The service was very average, from no-one opening the door to help you with your luggage on arrival to a general stiffness by employees and staff. The phone and hairdryer in the room didn't work on arrival, and the facilities are run down and mediocre. The bar doesn't feel very inviting and the rooftop is extremely over-priced.
