I am deeply disappointed with this hotel in Paris. I booked this place from London in the middle of the night expecting it to book for the next day once I arrived in Paris. I booked right after midnight and did not see that they were selling me a room for this night that had passed. In about ten minutes I had my confirmation from Trip.com and once I read it, I realized that they sold me a reservation for the past night. I contacted them immediately and they called to hotel to change this night to the correct day when I arrived in that afternoon. Not 20 minuets had passed since I booked this and expected an easy adjustment. To my surprise they refused to cancel the two rooms I reserved. I asked the agent on what we can do. She said to check in the morning. I did and had the same result. A waste of over $300. Is business so bad that they need to steal my money? I was not even in Paris that night. I travel internationally for a living, and this will be the last Best Western Hotel I will ever stay at. If this is typical of how this company treats their customers, then I can only imagine what other disappointments this property would cause their customers. AVOID THIS PROPERTY.
