服務非常好。衞生很好。早餐12歐十分豐富，巴黎街上吃貴很多。地段非常好，步行三公里之內到達大部分核心景點。

I am deeply disappointed with this hotel in Paris. I booked this place from London in the middle of the night expecting it to book for the next day once I arrived in Paris. I booked right after midnight and did not see that they were selling me a room for this night that had passed. In about ten minutes I had my confirmation from Trip.com and once I read it, I realized that they sold me a reservation for the past night. I contacted them immediately and they called to hotel to change this night to the correct day when I arrived in that afternoon. Not 20 minuets had passed since I booked this and expected an easy adjustment. To my surprise they refused to cancel the two rooms I reserved. I asked the agent on what we can do. She said to check in the morning. I did and had the same result. A waste of over $300. Is business so bad that they need to steal my money? I was not even in Paris that night. I travel internationally for a living, and this will be the last Best Western Hotel I will ever stay at. If this is typical of how this company treats their customers, then I can only imagine what other disappointments this property would cause their customers. AVOID THIS PROPERTY.

Nice Hotel in Paris - but the double bed is very small

Small and uncomfortable

Un fiasco une caméra cachée… On se demande encore. À FUIRE ABSOLUMENT ! Préférer n’importe un hôtel 2 étoiles de qualités qu’un 3 trois médiocre. Arrivée 21h, l’accueil nous donnes les clés de la mauvaise chambre (occupée par des clients non présents, nous aurions pu dérober les effets personnels de valeur que nous avons pu voir avant de comprendre qu’il y avait erreur) Ensuite, une fois dans notre chambre, le lit n’est pas fait, les oreillers sont par terre les draps tachés. La salle de bain, la robinetterie n’est plus fixée, celle ci se trouve « en vrac » dans la baignoire. « Vous inquiétez pas monsieur Naudon, on vous offre le petit déjeuner pour compenser cela » !!! Et pendant ce temps je me douche de quelle manière ?! Bref passons, les draps sont changés par le veilleur de nuit le temps de notre escapade au restaurant. Nous rentrons dans la nuit, la climatisation est réglée sur 23 degrés, sans pouvoir être modifié car le thermostat est en erreur car les filtres de climatisation sont bouchés. Et pour clôturer cela, après une nuit facturée 300€, on me propose 20% de remise ! Je me pose la question si c’est du foutage de gueule ou si c’est une caméra cachée…. Comment pouvons nous avoir un tel manque de sérieux dans un établissement 3 étoiles de cette grande grande d’hôtellerie…
