我們三個月前已預定了四人一房三個晚上，也已經付款了10/26-1029，我們兩位朋友離開後，我們兩人一房兩個晚上．是在三個月前付款，當我朋友離開時，櫃檯要求我們付10/29-10/31的城市稅我們也付了，10/29晚上我們去看芭蕾舞劇回來晚上10點．櫃檯沒有人服務進房間也進不了卡，電話聯絡櫃檯等了5分鐘才有櫃檯人員我們告知了我們進不了房間狀況．櫃檯竟然態度惡劣的質問，我們為什麼不去把我們的卡片更改，我回答櫃檯我又不是在酒店工作過的人，我當天付城市稅有兩個櫃檯人員收我們的錢，沒有人幫我加值你們的錯反而是罵我們

我們住了五天，他們五天以後才會清潔房間，公寓式酒店設施是很好，有廚房各種廚具及餐具，但是沒有清理房間，若要求請你必須在額外付費，垃圾跟毛巾你都要自己把垃圾拿下去，然後去跟他們要毛巾及補充衛生紙（工作人員不見得會給你，我們去要了兩次才要到毛巾）地點是靠近市中心要坐車轉兩趟30分鐘至一個小時車程，酒店附近是蠻多超市買東西是很方便

Great location, perfect for families who need the use of the oven or the fridge for babies like I needed to heat milk and wash baby bottles. The hotel can do with slight maintenance as the wardrobe door was broken, the bin was broken and some meltal thing was coming off the fridge that ripped my dress. It says parking was available but we had to pay for it.

I liked the aparthotel, it is located right next to the RER station. The breakfast buffet has organic food and very tasty. The room was clean and the kitchenette has everything you need for simple meals.
