This unique 58 sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor of a secure residential Parisian building without an elevator. It has been recently renovated to give you the comforts of home while staying in an historic building in the heart of the 9th Arrondissement. The flat features beautiful parquet flooring throughout, high ceilings and exposed stone walls.
There is an open plan living, kitchen and dining area furnished with a sofa, 2 foldaway dining tables and four chairs and more. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook at home. There is a stove, refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, sink, dishwasher and more. Full sets of cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots and pans. There is also a clothes washing machine and a drying rack, iron and ironing board are provided for your convenience.
The bathroom is situated near the entrance and is outfitted with a walk-in shower, sink and hair dryer. On arrival complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap will be provided to start off your stay. Luxurious bath towels are provided for 4 people you as well.
