Excellent friendly staff and clean facilities. Compact, efficient and highly effective. 24 hour section and facilities for waiting in breakfasting outside the dormitory rooms. Bedrooms are well appointed and maintained very effectively.

Great location.Loved Montmartre area.Front desk staff are friendly. Not fantastic:1.Lift is out of order for a long time.A quick action on this problem should be a priority.2.Breakfast is too basic.Much better-buffet continental breakfast.3.Breakfast staff are grumpy.A smile is free and simple to do.4.Beds creaked and difficult to climb.5.Bathroom tiles are old and peeling off.

Nous sommes restés 3 nuits et je peux vous dire que si ce n était pas payé a l avance, je me serais enfuie. Pourtant je ne suis pas qqn qui se plaint, mais là... catastrophe. L ascenseur minuscule, donc mon mari l'a juste utilisé pour monter la valise. Au départ, il ne fonctionnait plus. La chambre minuscule, salle de bain et wc aussi. Un lit superposé et 1 simple pour 1 couple et 1 enfant.... Les wc vous devez vous asseoir sur le côté car les jambes ne passent pas, et je ne fais que 1m65. La douche il ne faut pas être un peu costaud sinon vous frottez les murs et la porte vous ne la fermez pas quand vous vous baissez au lavabo pour rincer votre bouche car votre derrière l ouvrira pour vous. Pas de tv.... Pas de serviettes, nous avons dû les louer, pourtant sur le site il était noté fourni mais pas payant. Le déjeuner dans une cave avec 4 tables de 4. Juste un croissant et un bout de baguette, pas le droit à plus. A disposition cereales, lait, jus d orange, café, si il y en avait encore. Mon mari dejeunant bien sortait de l hotel et allait a la boulangerie, pas de produits laitiers. Le personnel n est pas du plus agréable. Le ménage des chambres, faire les lits, pas 1x pendant notre séjour. Horrible. Payer pres de 200 euros la nuit pour ça c'est honteux. Le seul point positif est l emplacement.

Das Hostel hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Das Zimmer war sauber,die Betten waren bequem. Das Hotelpersonal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine Dame an der Rezeption hat sogar Deutsch gesprochen. Frustück war auch für den Preis OK. Nur paar Geheminuten bis zu der Kirche Montmartre und perfekte Lage ,wenn man Mouline Rouge besucht. Wir sind nach der Mouline Rouge Vorstellung in der Nacht bis zum Hostel gelaufen und es war nicht gefährlich. Also kann ich dieses Hostel weiter empfehlen.

This charming hostel is fantastically located in the Montmatre area of Paris. It’s a stones throw from everything you need including the intermarche, boulangerie, plenty of bars and restaurants, shops, sites (such as the Moulin Rouge) and the 2 Moulins (if you’re a fan of Amelie), and crucially lots of busses and the Metro making it really easy to get around. We spent 4 nights here and had a great time. The staff are all lovely, the cat is friendly, other guests were quiet and respectful while we were there, the beds were comfy and the room was basic but clean. I would definitely stay again.

This hostel is located in the Montmarte area of Paris. The rooms and bathrooms are clean!! The staff go overboard to help with anything that you need!! Valerie, the manager, was a gem and I now consider her a friend!! If you are looking for place to stay, I highly recommend Plug Inn Hostel!!!

Cet hôtel est bien situé, la chambre est propre complète avec une assez petite salle de bain mais qui est convenable. En revanche le fait d’avoir payer des frais en plus sur internet pour avoir un lit double et de découvrir deux lits simples collés est un peu décevant… l’isolation est le gros point négatif. Il faut être prêt à faire du sport car il faut tout monter à pieds, ce qui est compréhensible car installer un ascenseur serait impossible. Le petit déjeuner m’a un peu déçue: un bout de pain un croissant le choix entre confiture et beurre, et en boisson thé jus d’orange et lait avec céréales. Je recommande cet hôtel car l’ambiance est tout de même calme Et que c’est propre et simple. (Serviettes, shampooing, gel douche compris)

Désastreux!!!!!! On déjeune au sous sol ....4 tables pour tout le monde....peu de chance pour trouver une place! 1 croissant et un morceau de pain.....Pas le droit d'avoir plus!!!!! Personnel pas très professionnel et impoli, voir même carrément irrespectueux!
