Nice hotel with friendly staff and a convenient location near the metro. You might hear a voice on the street at night, but that's fine with me. The bar at the end of the street also nice.

I don’t know why the overall rating was low, but for me it’s a good hotel, location-wise is excellent, restaurants and supermarkets are downstairs. Overall good excel toilet location, which is odd.

I liked this hotel; it is quite, the view is worth every penny. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is friendly. The price is reasonable, or best-value. So I would recommend to all

實在太可怕了這個酒店，一股不知道什麼氣味，又吵，浴室和廁所都要多人公用。

A pesar de todos los malos comentarios acerca de este lugar, por ese precio, a mí me pareció buenísimo. La ubicación me gustó muchísimo. El barrio está bastante vivo, gente de distintas nacionalidades y en general todos muy amables. En la calle de a lado hay algunos bares, cafés y un mercado. La estación de metro a unos cuantos pasos, y Gare du Nord a unos 15 min caminando. El personal del hotel fue muy amable, el café que está a un lado del lobby es buenísimo y conveniente y la persona que lo atiende, aunque no supe su nombre, fue muy amable. El cuarto, aunque algo apretado, estuvo bastante cómodo y con baño privado. Mi único inconveniente fue el sonido de las tuberías por las noches, pero nada que me quitara el sueño. Perfecto para parejas o incluso hasta 3 personas con un budget apretado. Volvería sin pensarlo.

Aparte de ser más bien pensión mala y zona complicada había chinches en el colchón... pero lo más gracioso que cuando nos dimos cuenta que fue al irnos porque había dos colchones en la habitación y por suerte el infectado no lo utilizamos... el tío dice: vale y se vuelve al bar tan pancho... ni se os ocurra...

I wasn't expecting a lot for the price that we paid, around 50euro for one night for 2 people. But I was definitely expecting something a little cleaner that what we received. The room was barely cleaned before we arrived, the bedsheets still had marks on them, the floor tiles were moldy and cracked. There was a large gap between the door and the floor, meaning we could hear every noise as though the door was wide open through the night. We arrived at 10pm and checked out at 6am, not wanting to stay a moment longer. The bathroom door didn't close either. The sink and toilet themselves were clean, but broken tiles and plaster left open piping everywhere. The shower was full of mold and the hot water wouldn't work. The only plus was it's closeness to the metro stop, making it easy to switch lines to get around Paris.

Un seul conseil: fuyez!! Je viens d'y dormir rien que quatre nuits et mon corps est criblé de piqûres de puces!! L'hôtel en est infesté ! En trois jours mon corps est recouvert! De plus , l'hygiène est déplorable, draps sales, sol collant... J'ai moi-même dû passer une serviette mouillée sur le sol pour le laver car impossible d'enlever les chaussures. Une honte tout simplement. En plus le gérant ment en disant que je fabule! Fuyez, vraiment !

Réservation faite à la dernière minute, peu de choix à des prix corrects... Nous voici arrivés dans cet hôtel, rassurés par des photos correctes sur le site de réservation. Quelle surprise en voyant la chambre miteuse, sommier très sale, douche délabrée, joints moisis,... Et insonorisation inexistente. L'accueil n'a pas amélioré notre impression générale

Hôtel au rapport qualité-prix correct Literie correcte et propre. Hôtel calme. Personnel très agréable. Chambre avec sanitaires en commun propre mais pas très pratique. Exiguë et les patère trop petites. Pommeau de douche a changer. Hôtel un peu vieillot mais propre. Odeur de tabac un peu trop fort a mon goût. Si vous cherchez un hôtel pas cher et correct allez y mais ne vous attendez pas au grand luxe. Pas de parking a proximité, dommage.

Potete trovare di meglio, davvero. Premetto che abbiamo usato l'albergo come appoggio per Parigi, essendo in viaggio per l'Europa in treno tramite interrail ci siamo quindi più o meno abituati a dormire in "postacci"(esempio stazioni od ostelli) ma questo è stato quello a cui darei il voto più basso. Il problema principale che ci ha impedito di dormire la prima notte è sicuramente un topo sorpreso più volte a fare non si sa cosa dietro un calorifero svegliandoci più volte (allego fotogramma di un video). La cosa più bella però è stata la persona alla reception che senza nemmeno scusarsi o mostrarsi rammaricato ci comunica che "è normale, se si lasciano le finestre aperte" (cosa che in ogni caso dopo le pulizie provvedono a fare loro stessi). Aggiungo poi che il topo passava attraverso un foro nel pavimento, cosa che non ha minimamente colpito il suddetto signore, perché 'tanto lui ha messo le trappole'. Topi a parte, nel complesso la camera ha comunque un discreto rapporto qualità/prezzo, nonostante al momento del pagamento siano saltati fuori 25 euro in più. Il quartiere non è dei migliori, da evitare la sera. Ottima la vicinanza ad una fermata della metropolitana.

Für unsere Backpacker-Tour durch Europa suchten wir nach günstigen Hotels. Solch eins stellte auch dieses “Hotel“ dar. Wir hatten keine hohen Ansprüche, aber die kann man dort auch nicht erheben. Es war halt alles da, was man so braucht, z.T. etwas schmuddelig, was auch wirklich eine Frechheit ist. Wer eine romantische Reise nach Paris machen möchte ist jedoch hier falsch aufgehoben. Zunächst bieten die Zimmer keine Klimaanlage, was im Hochsommer schon mal nicht so angenehm ist. Desweiteren sind die Räume sehr hellhörig, sodass man seine Nachbarn und andere Gäste auf der Treppe hört. Auch ist es in dem Viertel abends sehr unruhig und laut, sodass schlafen mit offenem Fenster bei Nacht und Hitze auch nicht die beste Lösung ist. Desweiteren ist das18. Arrondissement nicht gerade das schönste Viertel in dem man bei Nacht unbedingt auf die Straße möchte, meine Freundin fühlte sich abends dort sehr unwohl. Und am Ende nochmal etwas Positives. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sein Gepäck kann man vor dem Check in oder nach dem Check out ohne Gebühr dort lagern. Auch gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Alles in allem eher für einem Partyurlaub geeignet oder für jemanden dem das wirklich alles egal ist. Für's nächste Mal geben wir lieber 30€ mehr aus und könnten dann vielleicht Paris mehr genießen.
