When I arrived at the hotel, there was no one in reception even though it was 12pm, I was sent a code to access the hotel and my room. The room I entered was unmade and dirty. I was switched to another room. I left my bag and the room seemed fine. I had to rush off as I was now behind schedule having to sort out a new room When I arrived back at my room later in evening, I found the bedroom dusty. I felt like I couldn't breathe well. So I checked the room and it was so dirty. See attached pictures - an old dirty mask and a packet of tissues and lots of dust at the bedside tables. They switched my room at midnight and the lady in the phone (nobody at reception) was incredibly rude. I managed to switch rooms and the 'apology' was next to nothing. I paid €142 for a dirty room and they only gave me back 20% because I emailed numerous times, many emails went ignored I was so exhausted, my plans had to be shifted the next day. Stay well away Their standards are beyond low and they are arrogant and rude. I cannot believe their cleanliness is at all acceptable, especially in the midst of a global pandemic
