Avenir Hotel Montmartre

Stayed for 6 nights and as my overall booking was split over two bookings, meaning I had to change room they they allowed me to stay in it, although I still had to pay city tax for the split booking which I think is a bit of a con. Beware of this lawful practice!!! The room was very basic, comfy bed and tiny bathroom. Had bigger bathrooms in Japan!! Nice pillows and quiet at night The view from the room was spectacular though, see pics, with the hotel being a 3 min walk to the Metro and a mini mart 1 min walk as u turn right out the hotel door. Never had breakfast so I can't comment There's a safe in the room with plenty of hot water with a good shower although if ur 'plus sized' it might prove a problem. I'm 90kgs and due to the size I felt quite unsafe exiting after showering. No small amenities but shampoo and gel in dispenser There was bottled water in the room on arrival but not on subsequent days. When I questioned this and told them that it was very mean, especially when I was paying just under £180 a night, in June!!!, they begrudgingly gave me one and on most days the housekeeper left one for me. Safe area to walk around, although there's plenty of sex shops nearby if that's ur thing. Not mine There's one lift in the hotel so if ur in a rush be prepared to climb or descend several tight flights Would recommend it as a budget stay. Nothing more though

Ottimo Hotel per posizione e rapporto qualità prezzo. Camera leggermente piccola per 4 persone, però in compenso abbiamo avuto quella con l'affaccio sulla cattedrale del Sacro Cuore. Alti livelli di pulizia per Parigi e camera abbastanza nuova. Ottima colazione ricca e personale gentilissimo. Presente ascensore. Lo consiglio vivamente

Piccolo hotel vicinissimo alla fermata della metro Anvers. Stanza quadrupla accogliente e bella la vista sul Sacro Cuore. Letti e cuscini comodi. Bagno piccolo con finestra e doccia grande. Personale gentile e disponibile. Personalmente migliorerai la pulizia delle camere ed eliminerei i copriletto in velluto. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.
