Nous sommes allés savourer un chocolat chaud au calme dans leur salon. Le chocolat chaud était absolument délicieux ainsi que le petit financier qui l’accompagnait. Déco sobre et apaisante. Le personnel est agréable et souriant. Ça change des cafés qui sont trop bruyants.

a business meeting with some vacation from Feb 18-24, 2025. I was lat in Paris 10/2024. appreciated the car service at CDG and special thanks to Nosh and the driver (apologies I did not get his name). I stayed in the terrace suite on this visit. check in with Ines was incredibly efficient and I appreciated Audrey introducing herself. Room was really luxurious and spacious. MOPAR had very thoughtfully provided breakfast (croissant + a chocolate croissant and coffee) in my room so I could start the day quickly. after a long day I couldnt believe that the pastry team had left for me an assortment of macarons and a delicious apple tarte. just so delicious. every day I was asked if I needed a refreshment of fruits and drinks, housekeeping services every day was impeccable. Concierge and doormen would greet you by name (with so many guests it is impressive how they keep everything straight) and you could tell that they knew who was coming in and out of the hotel at all hours so you definitely feel safe. on another evening the pastry team sent under separate cloches: a mango colored sugar shell with mango puree inside, their most famous St Honore tarte and another apple tarte. they were all just works of art and tasted even better. checkout is always a sad day but my thanks to JJ and to Thomas. Thanks to my driver and to Karim who met me at the airport. Karim asked me if I forgot anything. I said no but he checked the back seat anyway and to my horror I had left my glasses in my case. He didnt have to check my seat as that is my responsibility but he did it anyway and I am incredibly grateful to him. that attention to detail I think sums up my experience again at MOPAR. I am very fortunate to return to Paris in May 2025 and I of course have booked a return trip ro my facorite Hotel in the world

We went for an afternoon tea to celebrate an 18th birthday. It was perfect, from the general Setting to the ambiance the Champagne, chocolate viennoise and the cakes. The only downer was the Green tea, which was served in Lovely glass tea pots but after the 2 cups it was too infused. The staff we’re adorable, friendly and very efficient. Bravo the birthday girl was most pleased.

Me encantó la amabilidad de todo el equipo, en especial Marie de Recepción, que hizo que el proceso de check-in fuese muy rápido y cómodo; y Daniel de desayunos que se mostró super atento a la hora de atendernos. El hotel está situado en una zona inmejorable y la habitación era espaciosa y muy cómoda. Me maravilló la experiencia.

Fantastic stay. Top-notch Service with attention to detail. It is refreshing to see the personalised touch to service. We had a meeting at the hotel and the experience was seamless. The teams always attentive to our needs and ensured we had a great Leadership meeting. The location of the Hotel is also great, within walking distance to Place Vendôme and surrounded by a number of high end boutiques

This was a 5 star hotel with an abundance of professionalism and superior service. Highly, highly recommend it!!!the rooms have turn down service in the evening and are immaculately clean. The beds have crisp linens and the towels smell fresh, not the normal scent you receive in hotel linens. Concierge was very helpful and bellhops were so aatentive helping with umbrellas and a smile. Everything was top notch. Again- highly, highly recommend!!!!

Cliente régulière de cet établissement, j’ai été choquée par le mépris et l’attitude du personnel. Prise sous une pluie battante, j’ai demandé à la réception s’il était possible d’emprunter un parapluie, en précisant que, bien que ne séjournant pas sur place, je fréquentais souvent l’hôtel et pouvais laisser mon passeport en caution. Le réceptionniste m’a regardé de haut avant de répondre froidement : « On ne fait pas ça. » Lorsque j’ai insisté en expliquant la situation, il a simplement rétorqué : « Ce n’est pas mon problème. » Abasourdie par cette absence totale d’empathie, j’ai ensuite demandé au voiturier, qui a immédiatement accepté… jusqu’à ce qu’il reçoive un appel du réceptionniste lui interdisant de me prêter un parapluie ! Un comportement incompréhensible, hautain et totalement indigne d’un établissement de ce standing. Un service déplorable, un manque flagrant de professionnalisme et un mépris évident des clients, même fidèles. Hôtel à fuir !

Overpriced for the quality of the service, atmosphere, and decoration.
It's certainly not a five-star hotel.
The breakfast buffet was poor, the service was long, and we had some issues with the food.

Abbiamo appena terminato il nostro soggiorno in questo splendido hotel a due passi da place vendome e dal louvre. E’ stato molto rilassante. La colazione è deliziosa, con molta scelta di viennoserie così come i dolci monoporzione serviti al bar, ne abbiamo provati 3, tutti ottimi. Personale gentile e attento. Un ringraziamento speciale lo facciamo al portiere Manuel, allegro e cordiale parlava benissimo italiano, ci ha messo a nostro agio e dato alcuni consigli per visitare la città. Grazie a tutti. Alla prossima!
