We booked the hotel on trip.com. The location of the hotel was good, just a bit far from the metro exit, but the public transportation was very convenient. The service and room hygiene were good. The only thing was the hygiene of the breakfast while I was concerned that the pastries from the night before were surprisingly still there the day after breakfast. The temperature in the room was very high food spoiled easily and they need to be replaced. The most disappointing part was that three of us enjoyed breakfast at this hotel and all ended up with severe food poisoning symptoms. Shortly after eating, the three of us took turns experiencing vomiting, diarrhea and fever, and the whole experience was very painful and seriously affected our trip. We had purchased museum passes and made Michelin reservations, and as a result, we were unable to complete any of these arrangements due to our ill health. Seriously this is very disturbing and I hope that the hotel will pay more attention to food safety and hygiene management to ensure that every guest has a more reassuring and enjoyable experience in the future.
