Carpet is dirty. Bathroom setting not user friendly . Breakfast is good , very fresh. Staff are friendly with good services . Location is excellent.

如果一個五星酒店在10度8度的天沒有供暖是啥體驗，真的被我遇到，而且是索菲特，我反正是住完第二天直接感冒，而且窗關得緊緊的，設備跟不上其他都扯淡，第二天和前台投訴，反正態度是很誠懇，衹是問題已發生，設施很落後，前台服務倒是很熱情，也站在客人的角度去和我溝通，反正巴黎五星酒店真是一言難盡

I stayed for 6 nights, but the room card was auomatically deactivated everyday! when I was back to the hotel, the room card couldn't access the lift or accessed the lift but couldn't access the room. That means I needed to go to the front desk to get my card re-activted again, every day! Thay promised it won't happened again the next day,but I did it for 6 days.....wasted my time and reaaly not convenient. the location is safe and good, Consulate General of the USA and many luxury brands just nearby.

不允許帶孩子入住有點莫名其妙～位置倒是在市中心，但是出行不是很便利，門前還封路～

Over all great quality hotel with great service. Would definitely come back again. Only thing I would pick on was the room size but thats not only Sofitels problem in general what ai found all properties face the same issue so cant hold it against sofitel.

地理位置非常好的一家酒店～去出去逛街相當方便～ 總體還是挺Nice的～各方面設施都挺不錯的 服務也不錯哦

Amazing hotel with exceptional service. location is alright, about 10mins walk to concord metro. very quite street right next to the American embassy. the staff were very helpful and pleasant. I got a cake, champagne and small gift from the hotel since it was my bday. They made us feel very special. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Despite a little mix up with the room we had a wonderful stay. Breakfast was awesome and the concierge was super helpful with dinner reservations etc. have stayed here before and plan to again. Would recommend.
