I am surprised by your remark regarding the size of the front desk as we have 3 differents desk. Indeed at rush hours there can be a bit of a queue but our team is doing its maximum to limit it and welcome our guests with sympathy and professionalism. Regarding the caution, if you do not use it and if the room is not damaged you get back 100% of it. I am even for surprised by your comment regarding our restaurant. Our restaurant theme is the "Southern France Cuisine" it does have many flavours and spices. If you do not like this kind of cuisine, indeed, you should not eat here. Were you expecting something different in a french hotel restaurant ? Regarding the sofa, we are sincerely sorry if you had the feeling it was not clean.
