房間比較寬敞，在巴黎核心區已經很不錯了。有專門的燒水壺，符合中國人習慣。 前台服務員很熱情，有問必答，積極解決問題，態度友好，要是再會漢語就更好了。 地理位置超級優越，步行去盧浮宮不到十分鐘，周邊都是文物古蹟，轉幾天都沒問題。 早餐自助餐也不錯，每天基本一樣，東西比較齊全。

Прекрасное расположение, дизайн ар- деко , балкон, где вы можете посидеть и выпить кофе , виден Лувр , Завтрак однообразный, континентальный , все свежее и очень качественное , Единственный минус - это обслуживание , был инцидент с администратором , при полной оплате отеля и всех налогов , он в грубом тоне не давал заселиться и требовал карту со всеми паролями , в чем ему было отказано с моей стороны . Помощь друзей французов помогла и менеджер отеля проявил внимание , извинился и было предложено урегулировать номером на последнем этаже , где не слышен шум улицы Менеджер однозначно очень понимающий и профессионален . благодарна ему за профессионализм .

excellent location!! very close to louvre museum and those designers shops and metro stations. the security of the community is not bad. friendly and super helpful staff who helped us to call laboratories for our PCR test (as we don’t speak french) and helped us to print the test reports. there are two big jars of water provided at the reception for guests and two complimentary bottled water (one still and one sparkling) each day. free refill of toothpaste, body wash, shampoo. the bad side is that there is no curtain for the shower so the whole bathroom went wet after our shower with the high pressure shower head haha. bathrobe and slippers are also provided. also, the room is quite small for us to accommodate three big luggages and two hand carry luggages. still a good value of money given the location and services!
