Our rooms do meet the listed surface areas and comply with the official French hotel classification for a five-star establishment. Nevertheless, we fully understand your concerns and have taken note of your feedback.We also regret that our fitness center and common areas did not meet your expectations. Our facilities were designed to create an intimate and exclusive atmosphere, in keeping with the calm and elegance of the property. As for our five-star rating, it was granted by Atout France—the official organization responsible for hotel classifications in France—based on precise criteria in terms of services and amenities.Lastly, we are sorry that you were unable to fully benefit from our electrical connections. Universal adapters are available upon request, and our front desk team is always on hand to assist with any needs.We are also sorry we were not made aware of your concerns during your stay. This would have allowed us to take immediate action and improve your experience.
