酒店位置好，去那兒都方便，忘帶電源轉換插頭，前台工作人員提供並奉送，解決接下來行程的後顧之憂，房間除了小點外還能接受

酒店房間很小，不太符合4星的標準。 酒店位置還可以，但是在巴黎玩過後，其實最好的位置是在巴黎歌劇院附近。 在酒店丟了一個耳機，打前台電話去找，打了三個電話才接通，前台找後需要再打電話詢問，最後沒有找到。 但是確定是丟在了房間。衹能倒黴！

It is located in a great location, just 10 minutes from the Champs Elysees. A small boutique hotel with a clean and decent room. I would definitely stay here again if I were to visit Paris again.

Our stay at Helzear Hotel Paris had its ups and downs. While the location is undoubtedly a highlight—offering easy access to attractions and transportation—the overall experience left us disappointed. When we arrived, the lift was out of service, which was inconvenient after a long journey, though to their credit, it was fixed by the evening. Unfortunately, we had booked a junior suite but were given a single room instead. The room was so small that we couldn’t comfortably fit two suitcases, and the pillows provided were practically non-existent. Despite the mix-up with the room, there was no effort to resolve the issue or offer a suitable alternative. Another downside was the noise from the school next door, which can be quite annoying if you’re not an early riser. While the hotel’s location is a definite plus, the lack of attention to detail and customer service would make me hesitant to return. If you value comfort and a hassle-free experience, it may be worth looking elsewhere.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very well located, close to all the designer stores. The bed and facilities were very good and clean too. The receptionist in the morning was very friendly and helpful.

Mehh The room was quite dirty, Wi-Fi never really worked despite taking with the front desk multiple times and had to pay extra data charges on our phones from the Wi-Fi not working.

In any case, by reporting it to the reception, a solution could have been found, we do our best to satisfy each request.And we are also sorry that you had a problem with one of our equipment (Wifi), we regret that you did not inform us during your stay. Some technical problems beyond our control may occur; these require restarting or the intervention remotely or on site by a technician from our internet provider. However, we have a high-speed wifi connection, free and available in all our rooms as well as in the various common areas of our establishments.We hope you will give our establishment another chance.Regards,
