I booked and fully paid for my hotel stay through Booking for three nights. A few days before my arrival, I decided to add one more night. For some reason, the payment for the extra night didn’t go through, and the hotel automatically canceled my entire reservation, including the nights I had already paid for. They sent me an email about this cancellation only two days before my check-in, which I didn’t see in time. When I arrived, I found out that my booking was gone, and my money was not refunded. I contacted Booking support, but they said the hotel refused to issue a refund. This is completely unacceptable! I never canceled the booking myself—it was removed due to a payment issue with the extra night, yet the hotel kept the full amount. Extremely disappointing experience. Be careful when booking here!
