I had reserved 2 double rooms in October 2024, for a period of 3 nights.(4 adults) The hotel is extraordinarily beautiful and elegant, the staff is very helpful at the reception as well as at the bar and restaurant. The cleaning services in the room are very poor; the rooms were not cleaned until this was complained to the reception. Also no the daily coffee was refreshed only after complaining about this at the reception. (the appointments on the tablet in the room, where you request everything you want, were made by us according to the instructions at the reception) The breakfast was very bad, poor and monotonous compared to the level of the hotel. Every day it was the same (identical) menu, consisting of simple scrambled eggs, coffee, juice, and 4 croissants shared between 2 people. Anything you request to add to the egg preparation costs 5 euros.....there is no such thing normal. I can't imagine that if I had stayed 7 nights at this hotel, I would have had to eat the same breakfast 7 mornings; anyway, 3 identical breakfasts were more than enough for the next 5 months of life.
