Disappointing Stay with Numerous Issues My recent stay was unfortunately marred by a series of small problems, leading to a disappointing experience Prior to our stay, I reached out to the hotel via email asking a few questions, there was no response to this email. The showers suffered from poor drainage, making for an uncomfortable experience. Additionally, the linen in our room had an unpleasant smell. We had booked family rooms, which for this hotel is simply just two connecting rooms. Upon arrival, the connecting doors were locked. This required an inconvenient wait for housekeeping to unlock them, which was particularly troublesome given we were traveling with children. We also found minimal toilet paper in the rooms, necessitating another call to housekeeping, and there were no facial tissues available at all. The airport shuttle service proved unreliable. We arrived two hours before our intended shuttle time to book, were told to return after an hour, and upon our return, found it was fully booked. This left us scrambling for alternative transportation. Our experience at the front cafe was equally frustrating. An ensaymada we ordered had green mold on it; our request for refund was refused, they insisted on replacing it despite our refusal for a new one. Furthermore, there was only one staff member covering the cafe/bar area during a busy period, leading to long waits and many customers giving up and leaving without being served. Overall, the numerous small issues accumulated into a less than satisfactory stay.
