Fodele Beach Water Park Resort

Very good venue. Fabulous staff at the hotel. Waterpark is okay with lots of slides and 1 with a vertical drop. The catering is fabulous with so many different types of foods.The cleanliness is unbelievable,I could not find one speck of dirt or dust anywhere in the hotel.No suprise it is a five-star hotel.

The hotel was extremely clean, well run and fabulous (genuinely kind and helpful) staff. Penelope saw us most evenings in the ‘regular’ buffet and was always so kind and friendly with our family. She was like a mum to our kids, so warm and kind. The chefs and dining team really care about the quality and presentation of the food. We noticed regular temperature and hygiene checks by a man who was clearly extremely thorough and professional. We have nothing but good things to say about the food, although after 10 days it is nice to explore other places purely for a change of scenery! Our 9yo daughter was unfortunately poorly for 6 of the 10 days with glandular fever, so the housekeeping team were really helpful and considerate - we were very well supported and looked after. The pools / beach / water park and all communal areas were very well maintained and absolutely no litter or ‘empties’ in sight. It’s worth mentioning this was the very last week of the season, so you would expect the staff to be worn out and less attentive - but absolutely not the case. They were all on top form and gave 100% to their guest. Well done team Fodele, and thank you for all your kindness 🙏

Gorgeous location with stunning views, spotless modern family rooms, service level outstanding. Food was lovely, great choice at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Water park is brilliant fun and again, spotless, well guarded and frequent shuttle up the hill making it stress free. Many Pool areas of which are spotless. Lots of sun beds, day beds and dining areas available. Activities for children running throughout the day with very little impact on the adults only visitors. Don’t bother with the a la carte restaurants as the main restaurant in my opinion is far superior with much appreciated choices of cuisine. Will return as soon as I can, recommend to friends and family & the will remember this holiday fondly as this is a gem of a hotel with lovely staff and high standards across the board.

We enjoyed our stay at Fodele Beach! The hotel itself is situated on the coast with a lovely view over the sea. We were lucky with our room location as we were straight across from reception/the main hotel building, which made it super easy to access everything. If we had been placed further up the (very steep) hill it would have been more of an issue - there is a very handy fun train that takes you up and down to the waterpark every 7 minutes, but this stops operating at 9pm- having to walk all the way back to the top after the entertainment (which generally only started at 9pm) would have been difficult. Our room and the hotel in general was very clean. Yes there were a few flies in the dining room on occasion, but this is to be expected with the large doors open leading to the outdoor tables. The food was good, lots of themed variety with a solid set of basics for those less adventurous! The pools are very cold, despite the slightly misleading “pool heated in Apr & Oct” on the hotel/travel agent literature - strictly speaking this is true, there is A heated pool, but it is very small and full of tiny kids. The other 2 pools plus the waterpark are not heated. Sunbeds were easy enough to get hold of, we generally went approx 10am and always found some. There are also more than enough at the beach. (There is another pool away from the main one which was always empty whenever we looked, with all the sunbeds available, so plenty of space). One of the main downsides for us was that there isn't really anything around the hotel, but we did know this before we booked so not really something we can mark the hotel down for -just that if you like to see a little bit of the island you do need to get a taxi or hire a car. For reference a taxi to nearby Agia Pelagia was 18Euro each way. The entertainment team were always friendly, with some of the nightly shows better than others, but enjoyable all the same. Overall we would probably rate as a 4 rather than 5 star, but we had a great holiday!

Excellent hotel , nothing to moan about here all food was delicious and plentiful, staff were amazing , hotel spotless , I would definitely return and reccomend! I didn’t notice any flies in the dining area or around the resort. Enough entertainment on for adults and children , rooms were spacious and clean, also coffee was amazing and the man serving the coffee in the pool buffet makes the best coffees!

Beautiful hotel with a nice view and an amazing beach to enjoy! There are many activities such as beach volley, a gym and many interesting events like party nights for everyone to dance or great performances in an outside theatre! The food is awesome and the personell is extremely friendly creating a cozy environment, ideal for you to relax!

I’ll start with the positive things. The hotel itself looks amazing. The scenery, the amenities, and the rooms are all aesthetically pleasing. There are many pools and bars to choose from. The beach is close by (walking distance) and there are extra’s like the spa (for those who are interested. The things I would say could do with improving … all bars close at 11pm. I appreciate this is advertised, but maybe being open a little later (midnight ?) would be great, especially due to the fact that the resort is a distance from major towns/cities, you really aren’t left with many options. The food options were plentiful, however, there were A LOT of flies in the dining area. This became extremely irritating each day. The food was okay, nothing to rave about, but not terrible either. I will say they are many options and they cater to all. With the exception of a handful of staff, they mostly gave the vibe that they were uninterested. Special thanks to staff members ‘Aristea’ and ‘Happy’ who were EXCELLENT! Lastly, the rooms were nice but I noticed there were ants entering the room from the balcony. I contacted reception three times to get this rectified, and even though house keeping was sent on all three occasions fairly quickly, the issue was not rectified and reoccurred. Overall, this has the potential to be a decent 4 star resort.

Το Fdele Beach βρίσκεται σε μία πολύ όμορφη τοποθεσία με το απέραντο γαλάζιο να απλώνεται μπροστά του. Η διαμονή μας σε αυτό θα μας μείνει αξέχαστη. Από την πρώτη στιγμή αισθανθήκαμε το χώρο οικείο λόγω του καλαίσθητου διάκοσμου αλλά και εξαιτίας του προσωπικού, το οποίο ήταν φιλικό και με διάθεση εξυπηρέτησης ανά πάσα στιγμή! Το ξενοδοχείο διαθέτει μία πληθώρα υπηρεσιών, ενώ δεν λείπουν τα sports και οι θεματικές βραδιές! Η ποιότητα του φαγητού είναι εξαιρετική, ενώ υπάρχει μια μεγάλη ποικιλία εδεσμάτων προς ικανοποίηση όλων των γούστων! Το Fodele Beach είναι ένας προορισμός που συστήνω ανεπιφύλαχτα!

Υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο με εξαιρετικές παροχές.Ευχαριστη έκπληξη η θεματική βραδιά για το Halloween. Η ποιότητα των φαγητών είναι σε υψηλά standard. Το προσωπικό ήταν ιδιαίτερα φιλόξενο και εξυπηρετικό. Η παραλία είναι ακριβώς δίπλα στο ξενοδοχείο και προσφέρει πολλές επιλογές για άθληση. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.
