DRIVEWAY INCLUDES: - EV CHARGER ($25 per day to use) - PARKING: Up to 6 cars fit - SECURITY: For your safety there are 4 exterior security cameras (facing out), 1 camera is located on the front porch facing the porch and front yard, 1 camera is on the back patio facing the patio and backyard, 1 camera is located at the driveway facing the driveway and property entrance, and 1 camera faces the badminton court. The cameras are outward-facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. They will record when they first sense motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected. - PROPANE FOR GRILL & FIREPIT: We do not refill propane tanks. We work off an honor system with the propane tanks. We ask that each guest refills or switches out the tank if it's empty or low at the end of their stay. Upon booking, we provide instructions on the closest places that provide propane. IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE: The property requires 4 steps to enter and stairs to access the bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Guests do not have access to the garage and some locked owners closets. We may require further guest verification upon booking.
