Marriott's Grand Chateau

Just off the Las Vegas Bl off of local it is a hidden key with access to the mall and all the hotels on the ***** within 50 steps. All the. Marriott benefits and the Las Vegas sports activities. Great staff and fun menu and bar in the lobby. Happy place

Everything else is great, but having no electric vehicle charging in 2024 is seriously inconvenient. We had a one bedroom, very nice view, spacious, clean, with full kitchen, washer and dryer, nice bathroom. Great location with a short walk to the *****, and especially Miracle Mile shops with a lot of nice and inexpensive restaurants just across the street. Two pools, but they are small. Very friendly service from everyone. Free valet parking (tipping expected), but again, valets will not help with electric vehicle charging.

We decided to stay an extra night in Vegas and had to change hotels. Showed up at the grand chateau around 1030 fully expecting to just drop our bags off until check in time. Jeandy was so awesome and found us a ready room on the 34th floor. Rooms is gray and the service is fantastic! Thank you Jeandy!

Room was tired and dusty. Needs a renovation. Bathroom is big but looks gloomy. Perhaps the brightness of Vegas pales everything else in comparison. No breakfast served at the hotel restaurants. Uber passengers cannot get dropped-off at the hotel entrance as everyone else, but at a side gate. Given the heat, I would prefer to stay in one of the ****** hotels on the main road with connectivity to other casinos.

Fabulous Stay In Vegas. Our three bedroom suite at the Marriott Grand Chateau provided my group of three couples a fabulous and comfortable week long vacation in beautiful Las Vegas. The hotel is just off the famous ***** and close to everything - shops, restaurants, entertainment, nightlife, sports and gaming. Our suite was much like two apartments, fully equipped with bedrooms, kitchens, dining rooms, living rooms. Two pools in the building. The free valet parking was a pleasant surprise.

We stayed at the Marriott Grand Chateau August 2-6, 2024. I am a Marriott Vacation Club owner and the Marriott Grand Chateau is my home base. I usually get the tower I request for because of being an owner and I am also a Titanium Elite for Marriott Rewards. This time around, I asked for a three room villa in Tower 3. We arrived at 11 am on August 2. Upon checking in, the front desk person didn’t even recognize my owner status which was just fine but I was mistreated as our villa after waiting 5 hours was still not ready. We went back to the front desk 4 times and yet all we were told was our villa is not ready. We see people after people get checked in and walk to the elevator to get to their villas and yet ours is not ready. At 4 pm I once again asked for our villa and was still told it is not ready. This was when the front desk person stated that if we want, we can take a three room villa that’s now ready in another tower. Hesitantly we agreed because we have a planned party for my wife’s birthday which happened to be Aug 2. Then when it’s our checkout day, I asked for a late checkout and was told we can only stay until 11 am because three room villas are scarce. If that was the rule, how come our villa was not ready at 4 pm last August 2 when we first arrived? Was it because we were not Caucasian?

I will not recommend this hotel . No housekeeping to clean our rooms. Morning around 9 am 2 security in my door for 30$, what !!! im opening the door with my tooth brush in hand , but we didnt check out yet. We will not run & our car with valet. So humiliating and insulting. I hate the experiment I have been around world hotels this is first time happen to me. So big nooo for this hotel.

Maybe it is just me, but when I pay a top price at a luxury hotel, I like to be treated like a guest, something that Marriott typically promotes. This hotel felt more like a mass tourist club holiday location. The rooms are good though and the beds and pillows are comfortable. And it is of course close to the *****.

As usual, Marriott properties tend to be good. This one in particular offers a great location. Just across the street from the Miracle Mile Shops. You can easily walk to most of the nicest casinos on the *****. Not having a ****** makes this place a nice one to stay away from the noise and smoke that properties with ****** offer. This is a non-smoking property, which for us, is really good. We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit, really nice with all the things you need, even a washer and dryer.
