Отличный отель на очень красивом пляже, очень вкусные завтраки и потрясающий вид из номера на втором этаже. Чисто, дружественный персонал, очень пожалели, что не остались в нем на большее количество дней

Villa Umi is a nice little resort on probably the best, least congested beach on Panglao. Their only disadvantage is access. If a proper footpath to the resort is constructed, that will help tremendously. The staff more than made up for this shortcoming, especially Kim.

Great little villa hotel along the beach but choose right room. Our room was big and clean but noisy. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. And if you look for more party or restaurants, take a Tuktuk to Alona for 200P. The major draw back we had was that our room had garden views = no view and no separate seating area plus the fact that every single noice is heard from other guests. So if you choose one of the garden view rooms, you will be awake until last person in hotel goes to bed and you will wake up with first persons in the morning.

第一次到邦勞，某書推薦的住宿，非常滿意，比起網紅alona 海灘實在好太多了，安靜，人少，酒店就在海灘邊上，早、午、晚基本在這解決，味道很好，選擇多，員工禮貌熱情。

這個酒店真的跟VILLA半毛錢關係都沒有，就是一家非常普通的民宿。普通到沒有路能通到酒店，出入酒店是要走沙灘才能到達，所以他們提供接送，有服務員到停車場來接送，否則你很難找到。象我們沒找他們接，出租車師傅把我們在一條路的盡頭放下，告訴我們穿過沙灘（300米左右）就到了，我們一下子就懵了，這個可是網評高分的VILLA啊，衹怪自己沒有把網評從頭到尾看結束。酒店當然也有優點，門前就是沙灘，衞生搞得乾淨，服務員也比較熱情，除了這些再也找不出優點了。薄荷島一定要出海，不出海呆沙灘是沒啥好玩的，而且沙灘上都有水草，跟長灘比差太遠了。以後估計都不會去菲律賓了，因為真的一出酒店就是貧民窟，反差太大。

General note upfront; keep in mind that this is not a 5 star hotel, it’s a “villa” with very few rooms (I believe around 10 maybe). So don’t expect luxury Plus: - right at the beach with nice beach beds - very nice staff that helps to organize everything (scooter, tours, transport, …) - good privacy (since small) - great morning sunrise views - free one way transport from/to airport / port Cons: - while very nice, service sometimes a bit slow to clean tables, offer additional drinks etc (could be more attentive) - it’s a bit pricy for the amenities/rooms it offers, for example the rooms very basic, bar area a bit old fashioned (note that we traveled during high season after NYE)

Очень приятные впечатления от отеля. Из незначительных на наш взгляд минусов: парковка расположена в отдаленности от отеля и приходится с вещами метров 200 идти по песчаному берегу; слышимость из соседних номеров.

飯店沒有自己的出入口 出飯店沒問題 可是進飯店都會有過路費的問題 飯店人員一開始並沒有跟我們說可以和櫃檯領過路費 害我們大晚上從沙灘的最遠處走回飯店 超厭世 要住的人需要考慮這個問題

The resort exceeded all of my expectations for the price. The resort was spotless including the room and the food was really good. But most of all the employees made my time while I was there. They were extremely friendly and helpful for everything I asked for.

The rooms are superb. The staffs are hospitable, accommodating, and friendly, especially the waiter at the bar. Good place to spend when you want an intimate and romantic place to stay with great beach view, white sand beach, and crystal clear sea.

Gorgeous quiet hotel in an outstanding location with incredible views. Small property with few rooms so staffing is quick & efficient. Very friendly, attentive staff. Location is unbelievable. From room 5 (ground floor sea view room) you literally walk out into patio area that rolls out onto the beach. Included breakfast is good. You have about 7 options of a meal with fresh fruit & tea / coffee / hot chocolate. Cocktails are ok in a cute setting. Shame they don’t make more effort of evening dining at the hotel. Most people leave for restaurants along the beach. They should try to encourage guests to stay by offering deals or events as it’s a beautiful setting! Room was nice. Rather basic for what you pay and spec isn’t amazing. Bed is super comfortable though! Cleaned daily. Bathroom is great with lovely walk-in shower but pressure isn’t great & temperature very temperamental. Toilet isn’t great either and drains smelled at times. It is expensive for the spec of the room and facilities (no pool) but I think the location is what you pay for! I got a taxi to the property & it was really very confusing to get from the drop off to the hotel - I had to walk over the beach with a case!! They should really offer complimentary pick up both ways to be honest. Also be aware you have to pay to be on Dumaluan beach (100) but make sure to get a receipt to get a refund from the hotel. Would recommend based on incredible location & lovely staff.
