깨끗하며 시설도 좋아 힐링하고왔어요 다만 영어로만 해서 무슨말인지 이해 못하는부분이 있어서 의사 소통이 안되는건 개선을 해주면 좋겠다 아무튼 즐겁게 쉬다와서 행복했어요

친구들과 아이들을 데리고 다녀왔어요. 헤난리조트3곳중 고민하다 타왈라로 다녀왔는데 탁월한 선택이였어요. 알로나 비치도 가깝고 여기저기 다 근처에 있어서 좋아요 저희는 1층 풀억세스룸 예약하고 갔어요 테라스로 나와서 바로 수영 할 수있어서 정말 너무너무 좋았어요~ 11월에도 보홀 방문예정인데 또 타왈라로갈거예요

너무 잘 놀았습니다.

이곳은 고객들이 많이 머무는 곳임에도 청결을 유지하기 위해 노력하였고, 조식도 다양한 메뉴가 있어서 편히 지낼 수 있었다. 다시 가고 픈 리조트이다.

餐點仍有加強空間，其餘整體表現良好，環境舒適，服務人員親切有禮，整體用餐體驗不錯，期待下次能有更好的餐點表現。

Our room already had a double bed and a single bed, which was enough for three people, but when we checked in, the front desk forced us to pay for one more person's accommodation, and then added an extra bed to us. Don't you think this is clearly a rip-off? If you are a family, please think twice. I don't recommend this hotel.

역에서도 가깝고 채크인이 편하고 저렴해서 자주 이용하고 있습니다!!! 프론트 전화 연결도 잘되고 불편함 없이 업무처리 햐주세요

좋아요 걸어서 5분거리 비치도 있고 특히 호텔 안쪽으로 프라이빗 하게 길이 있어서 다니기 좋았어요 정문으로 나가면 대부분 5분이내에 먹거리들이 많아서 정말 편리해요 (맥날,졸리비,한식당 등) 그리고 강남마트 (한인마트)정말 좋아요 없는게 없답니다 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 수영장도 너무 좋고 아쉬운건 조식이 다양하지않아요ㅠ 그거 제외하면 아주 베스트입니다

헤난계열 호텔은 어느곳이든 괜찮아요.보홀 헤난타왈라 호텔도 직원들이 친절하며 시설도 괜찮아요. 다만 조식에 매일 메뉴가 똑같은게 않좋은거 같아요.

Henann Tawala is a good choice in terms of location, service and food. However, the beach-front pools have been made exclusive to Henann Alona guests. It's a shame, it would have been a nice, relaxing alternative to watch the sunset, and listen to the band while sipping piña colada, since beach-front daybeds get collected and packed up at 6p.m. so if you want sunsets and live music, make sure to find your spot early on the sand since a LOT of people are gonna be there, it is a public beach after all.

We stayed for 3 nights and the accommodation & service was perfect. All rooms are facing the pool area. The breakfast buffet is excellent 🌟, and it really motivates you to wake up early! I requested a birthday surprise setup in our room, and they went extra mile and provided it for free as a complimentary gesture. The room is very spacious, and they provide toiletries. If you need extra toiletries, they will deliver it right away! The pool area is great for swimming, especially during happy hour. They offer a buy-one-get-one-free deal on drinks at the pool bar. The hotel is walking distance of Alona Beach and it’s very safe, as you just walk through Hennan Alona to get to the beach. It’s also close to restaurants, fast food, souvenir shops. 8mins away from the Panglao Airport. We’ll definitely stay here again when we return to Bohol. It’s worth every penny.
