Our stay at Panglao Regents Park Resort was a bit disappointing. One major letdown was the lack of clear information during the orientation—no mention of the sauna, which we fortunately discovered and utilized, especially with the unpredictable weather.
We also ordered an extra bed, but it turned out to be just a single foam with a blanket, which didn’t feel worth the ₱800 charge. Additionally, basic amenities were lacking—coffee, mug sunce we added an extea person, and the pitcher in the room was empty upon arrival. While the reception mentioned a refill station on every floor, it was actually only on the second floor, which was inconvenient since we were assigned the third floor. This was particularly challenging for my senior companions (in their late 60s and 70s), though thankfully, they were in good shape.
The staff were just okay, but overall, the service could use improvement. Hoping they enhance their offerings to match the potential of the place.
