We are currently working to resolve this issue and bring the water temperature to a consistently hot level. In the meantime, lukewarm water is available for your use. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Regarding the location, while we are not directly on Alona Beach, we are just a short 3-minute tuk-tuk ride away. We are always happy to arrange tuk-tuk transport for our guests to make getting to and from the beach as easy as possible.
