Terrible place. The staff at this place needs training. They refused my booking inspite of making full payment just because they had walk in guests who paid them higher. Also the reception was very dirty, The place was stinking and the reception staff spoke very rudely. This is is very far from the malls, railway station ,airport and other places of interest. Also their parking is questionable as I had to keep my car beside the road while trying to check in. I also heard people arguing about the quality of breakfast. A customer was saying that they charged him for some item without telling that it was chargeable. I heard another customer yelling and saying that the ac didnt cool and that the hot water in his room never came. The attitude, behaviour of the hotel staff was terrible and one would feel intimidated. If they can refuse already paid bookings and feel no regret, these shady characters are capable of doing anything. Please do not book this terrible hotel. There are many wonderful hotels in zirapkur, you could book them rather than getting cheated by these rogues.

I really loved to stay in this property. A spacious and clean room provided the necessary things we needed when we were with family. Helpful and co- operative staff. First time i got a comfortable stay. Definitely going to visit again.

Location: hotel is at simla highway in panchkula. Food: the food at hotel is very good, a variety of tastes with north indian and some continental options. The quality and taste are really great. The in-house restaurant provides great dining services. Services: the staff at hotel are courteous and try to provide helpful service. Room service and housekeeping are prompt,
