Hotel is situated very near to railway station, that is a big advantage. Cons - stars to rooms very steep, no lift, very basic hotel with no toiletries provided. Ac was non-functional though i paid for deluxe room only good thing about hotel is it's proximity to station which is about 300m away.

Room quality was very poor. There was nothing in the name of room service. The windows were broken, we were not able to lock the door of the bathroom. Did not have sleep as someone was continuously talking outside. The bed was also very dirty. My first experience of booking from make my trip was very poor, have booked from other platforms before, experience was far better.

I was totally uncomfortable. There was hair on the bedsheet. And the washroom was not clean either.

Very bad place to stay Work there are not at all polite and not helpful Hotel owner himself is very rude and don't know basic etiquettes to deal with customers They should first learn basic manner before running a hospitality business And please ask before selecting AC rooms as they don't work when there's power cut and they won't even entertain customer regarding this issue

It was a great stay. The staff had good behavior. The rooms and bathroom were clean. We were provided by drinking water.

Over all good, but room was small. Owner is supportive and understanding. Staff is polite. Rooms are neat and clean. Very close to railway status.

Lotus grand location is 5 mins walk from kalka station. We were given a room with toilet flush not working, tv not working. Blankets were not usable, dusty.

No lift available in hotel and stairs was too height. It’s ok for young people who are going with old parents try to avoid
