The service is very poor from in room dinning as it takes 1 hour to delivery anything plus half items don’t even get delivered. Housekeeping is not available post 4pm for any room cleaning service only bath amenities can be replaced. Any day will prefer fazlani or fariyas resort.

Excellent view, beautiful Property, very well maintained. Food can be more spicy for Indian taste in the melting pot restaurant. At the reception, when we check in, Hotel can provide a pamphlet, providing all the facilities in the hotel like swimming pool, tennis courts, spa etc and nearby points to visit. Totally loved the stay at this hotel and will strongly recommend my friends and family.

Ravine is a grand old Panchgani hotel with great views, spacious rooms, and sporting equipment and tennis courts of global standards. Pros: Fabulous location, spacious property, beautifully landscaped and maintained on the outside. The views all-round are fantastic! We were given early check-in as soon as we walked in for our executive suite. Full marks for this! Instantly enraptured by the wide balcony, spacious suite, and pleasantly done interiors Comfortable and fairly wide main beds Full-sized single-door fridge, rare by any standards Tennis courts, fully equipped gym with a plethora of equipment to keep any sportsperson happy Lot of parking space Sunsets are really mesmerizing here, with the great landscaping and lights. However, the fountain was not maintained and was a breeding ground for mosquitoes. Cons: We were severely let down by a shockingly poor experience with their kitchen services. After having 3 of our 4 meals at their in-house restaurant, covering items from all the cuisines on offer, I can safely say that meals are best avoided. While the rotis and naans were huge, the portions of the main course in Indian were laughable. They wouldn't even satisfy one healthy child, leave alone an adult. Moreover, none of the dishes we ordered anything close to what they were supposed to, except the butter chicken (we ordered 3 Indian chicken mains, 2 Chinese mains). The only items which were spot on were Dal tadka and Jeera rice (and the Indian breads). So if you plan to enjoy great Indian/Parsi or Chinese meals, please look elsewhere The breakfast spread was decent, but lacked imagination. Poor service in the restaurant, especially during breakfast. Even during meals, we could only see 2 waiters trying their best to take orders Poor service overall. Had to call the reception 5 times over 3 hours for housekeeping. Finally, we had to physically go to the reception to get them to do it. And no, the hotel wasn't anywhere close to full occupancy. Shockingly, they have stopped room service for food completely, which is a shame given the beautiful rooms and spacious balconies. I wonder if the service staff has been cut down?

Beautiful property, lovely rooms, good breakfast spread........ Stayed for one night but would love to visit again. The little gestures of handing out complementary strawberries as welcome and a plant at the checkout were the cherries on the top. Thankyou team Ravine.

except for dinner in room service all services were very good. should mention that kebab called through room service were served on hot player and were mind blowing. strongly advise for non vegetarians...guess similar arrangement would also be for vegetarians. on the whole good stay. especially hospitality extended by Ms. Shivani.

I had booked this hotel for my parents, both senior citizens to get away from daily hustle and they were not disappointed. The hotel took good care of them, their management and hospitality was good. They enjoyed their stay without any issue. Thank You!
