Lets talk about the room first. Don’t be deceived by the entrance of this Casa.. when you enter the rooms you will be pleasantly surprised.. in my case, I was doing my happy dance.. simple yet so artfully decorated. The room comes with basic amenities. The not so basic features are 1. A Jar of Cookies 2. A blue file with a wish list of all the things to do around North Goa. Follow the suggestions and you will not regret. 3. A book which talks about the history of Goa. Now let’s talk about Terry. Super helpful, humble and a Goan by heart. He was our Google, Zomato and Justdial in Goa. Lastly, Sadanand the caretaker. Such a cute and friendly personality. He always has a smile on his face and is super helpful. Highly recommend place to stay (if you understand the concept of boutique and heritage hotels) as the location is what we call PRIME.

Hotel is good. Rooms very vintage and well maintained. For food or even tea you have to walk out of hotel.

The room was pretty clean very well maintained property. Just that the entry is very small, which is not visible from outside, but overall a good stay if you are alone or a couple.

This place is ideal for the people who visit goa for casino as this is at a 5 minutes walking distance from all of the casinos. Comfortable clean and big rooms. Don't fo on the entrance of the hotel but genuinely the rooms are very good.

When you reach the hotel you realize it's on the first floor of an old run down building. More like a b&b. Not really any food options (other than a tie up with a nearby restaurant) and no room service. The place is clean and maintained well, but the pricing is similar to many hotels with better value around.

My oberall experience was average because the amount they charge was high and even they provide breakfast in such heavy amount.
