We enjoyed our stay.There’s free popcorn for the outdoor cinema. The playground, pool and bonfire were amazing!Definitely family oriented.We will be back again!

A great place for families. Staff was very nice. Each staff member greeted us. The breakfast buffett was amazing. So many foods to pick from. International and filipino cuisine. Well manicured grounds… playground, trampoline, big chess set, outdoor bowling set and a fire pit. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The entire hotel was decorated for Christmas. Really festive. My daughter had such a wonderful time. Only thing that was a negative- room walls are thin. We could hear the family in the next room clearly. Overall it was amazing.

The facilities and villas is very clean, breakfast is good, staff very courteous, amenities inside are all free to use by their guests, perfect place for a get away. Very safe to go around the place. Just need to put a basketball court inside the complex

Booked here for an overnight stay as it looked promising and the villa can fit our family of four instead of staying in 2 separate rooms. There were a few negative reviews online and watching videos of previous guests showed quite a small facility but we figured the positive reviews could possibly outweigh the negatives. Initial impressions going in was not very good, it definitely doesn’t look big and its 4 star rating seems questionable from its appearance. Going in you have to be radioed in as if you are staying inside a fortress of some sort. We informed the guard that we have a friend passing by to pick us up and he advised us to inform the front desk for permission to allow him in as apparently no outsider can be allowed in the premises without authorisation. Entering the reception area we were greeted by a line of guests waiting to check in and even more sitting around waiting for their rooms to be ready. Mind you this is already quite close to the 3 pm check in time. Check in took a while as there were quite a number of guests interrupting to follow up their rooms. When it was finally our turn to our delight we got our villa key immediately and was escorted by the kind porter via golf cart to the other parking area and assisted in loading our bags in the cart to be brought to the villa. As soon as we entered though, our excitement quickly turned to disgust as we were greeted with the sight of not only an unmade room but also a room filled with garbage and even a used diaper. We remained calm and asked the porter to call it in and request for another room we could transfer to. It was taking a while and it was already more than half an hour past check in time and the kids were already excited to swim so I decided to walk back to ask what was happening. The front desk girl seemed a little indifferent as if it was quite a normal occurrence for a guest to encounter a filthy room and casually informed me that she will look into it. I could hear the other person on the radio asking to move us to another room but it was already occupied at that point so I had to wait a bit longer and it was getting closer to 4 pm at this point. My husband and kids were shuttled back to the reception area with all our bags and we were getting quite annoyed, irritated, and short tempered. The receptionist informed us that there is nothing she can do as no rooms were available anymore so we insisted in cancelling our reservation. Most definitely this is not a 4 star hotel, it’s barely a 1 star. It was very doubtful that they would finish cleaning the villa in an hour that would make anyone comfortable enough to spend the night in without feeling like it was just hurriedly tidied and not thoroughly cleaned . The manager tried to offer us a check out extension while they cleaned but again, we don’t feel comfortable staying in that room anymore and we had planned to check out early to go to Aqua Planet the following day. Booked 2 nights here when we visited the attractions in and Near Clark. The place does not look like your regular hotel but really like a big mansion The Service here is good and we did not have any problem with the staff The Rooms were nice, with comfy beds. The only problem was that our safety deposit box was not working There are a lot of activities to do here for kids. To start, the 2 pools are ok. There are free inflatable toys to use too. There is a nice playground and very wide open spaces for kids to play as well as adults (you can jog here). At night they set up a bonfire and movie night under the stars with free popcorn. Though I would suggest for them to have a louder speaker for the movies as , depending on where you are seated, the noise from the kids playing at the playground just beside where you watch the movie can sometimes be louder than the movie you are watching. There are also indoor activities for kids like the playroom and the game room. The Game room has billiards and foosball, some board games and a tv. Would have been nice if they can add table tennis or darts or maybe air hockey Most of our meals during our stay were not in the hotel but in restaurants we wanted to try out in pampanga, but we ate breakfast buffet at the hotel. I can say it's good enough. but beware that it can get really crowded on weekends. You have to wait your turn to be seated. Our stay was great memorable for the kids and would probably want to come back again
