Clean and comfortable room with good bed. Very good hot breakfast. Ran out of shampoo which was never replenished and the sole provided soap bar was tiny.

We booked this hotel to attend an immediate family member’s funeral & wanted a hassle free experience considering our recent loss and 10 hour trip from home. Holiday inn has never disappointed until this stay. I arrived at 3 o’clock check in and was told by the front desk I was unable to check in even though my name was on the reservation no big deal except the rudeness that occurred. I waited an additional hour to avoid further conflict. At 4 pm all guests arrived so we check in with another employee which was amazing. We then proceeded to our room to find the room a complete mess (an hour after check in & not ready). We then were placed into an upgraded room which was nice until it wasn’t we unpacked everything and proceeded to wind down for the night and no hot water to shower. When notifying the front desk we were told they didn’t have maintenance so they could open up another room just to shower. We didn’t pay for a college dorm room experience so we declined. She then offered to switch rooms for the 3rd time in less than 3 hours. Ice machine doesn’t work, washing machine was broke, the pool reaked of chlorine because it’s indoor we had to leave within 5 minutes because we couldn’t breathe and no ventilation. Don’t waste your time or money booking here! Our room should have been comp’d after this horrible experience!

Very Clean Hotel and Accommodation and Front Desk Personnel Sherry was very nice! Hot Breakfast was great! Well lit parking lot. A Super Walmart is very close by. A bit away from I - 40 but well worth the extra travel. Nice Pillows and Televisions in the rooms. We’ve stayed here often during our travels.
