Tivoli Royal Palace exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff was incredibly professional and made sure all our needs were taken care of promptly. The décor is elegant and gives a grand feel to the entire place. From the smooth check-in process to the quality of food and overall cleanliness, everything was top-notch. Perfect venue for celebrations or a relaxing getaway. Truly a royal experience....

Really enjoyed my time at Tivoli Royal Palace, Palwal. The food was full of flavour and perfectly cooked. The stay was comfortable with clean rooms and great service. A perfect blend of test and hospitality! Special the all fnb team to give us a great service.

Excellent Front Desk Service Had a great experience at Tivoli Royal Palace, Palwal. Special thanks to Pradeep and Kuwar Pal at the front desk – both were very helpful, professional, and made the check-in smooth and pleasant. Their warm welcome really added to the overall experience!

I really liked the behaviour of your people, they were quite cooperative, but a receptionist from UP was best ,Stay could have been even better if all the equipment were checked before , but overall everything was the best.
One advice:- If you check the equipment of the room before giving it to us, it will be better so that if you do not do any work, you do not have to change the room.

The arrangements were flawless, and the team's professionalism and hospitality made the event truly memorable. The food was delicious, well-presented, and served with great care. The F&B team at Tivoli Royal Palace was outstanding, and a special thanks goes to Arpit for his exceptional service. He was courteous, attentive, and made sure all our dining needs were met with professionalism and care. The food throughout our stay was delicious, with a great variety and excellent presentation. Every meal felt thoughtfully prepared and added to the comfort of our experience. Kudos to Arpit and the entire F&B team for making our visit truly memorable..

I had a wonderful experience at Tivoli Royal Palace. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful throughout my stay. The food was delicious and exceeded expectations. Every team member went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. It’s a beautiful and well-maintained property — truly a great place to relax and enjoy. Highly recommended....
