The only thing that spoiled our stay here were the entitled/rude guests that assumed they'd booked a 5* hotel, with endless drinks and food choices, sound proofed room, personal lift, reserved sunbed, butler and silver service. All the moaners seem to have some secret code too and gravitate towards one another. Ironically to moan about the rude staff after they've gobbled of at the staff, or moan about the birds around the pool after leaving their plate of scraps on the table, floor, sunbed etc because it's just too much effort to pop it in one of the many bins whilst walking to the pool bar for their beer. The hotel is in a great location a minutes walk from the beach with good restaurants a stones throw away along with a Supermarket and is a 15/20 min walk to Magaluf strip. The staff work from dusk until dawn and service is good. There were queues at the pool bar but they cleared quickly. Admittedly staff don't always have a smile on their face but hey who smiles at work all day and to be honest if I had to deal with some of the guests they did I'd not be smiling either. Rooms were cleaned daily and beds and towels changed regularly. We had one double pool view room which was spacious and one triple which was a squeeze BUT it was made clear on booking that the triple room was the same size as a double so we knew what to expect. It was also at the back of the hotel so looked onto the main road. Animation team are great, really try hard to involve kids and adults. We didn't stay for the evening entertainment as we prefer to go out after dinner in the evenings so I can't comment on what's on offer. We booked all inclusive and the food on offer in the restaurant and snack bar was exactly what we'd expect for a 3/4* all inclusive. Cereal, fruit yoghurt, cooked b/fast, pancakes and churros for b/fast. Salad bar, pasta selection, veg, various meat dishes and themed evenings - Mexican, Chinese etc. Ice cream, cake and fresh fruit for desserts. There is self serve red, white, rose wine and beer in the restaurant along with soft drinks. AI also includes a small cocktail menu and standard spirits. The outside area and pool aren't huge and there isn't a sunbed for every guest, which we wouldn't expect there is however the ******* reserving of sunbeds at daft o'clock, only for the 'reserve' to disappear for hours on end before actually making any use of "their bed". Hotel could benefit from enforcing their no reservation before 10 a.m rule or if a bed with 'towel reservation' hasn't been used for 1.5 - 2 hrs it's removed. There is a kids pool too in a separate raised area but as our children are late teens can't comment on the kids pool. There are no inflatables allowed in the main pool, which is sensible given the size but again some guests don't/didn't like that rule or the no running rule, in a nutshell many didn't like lifeguards doing their job. Lovely hotel but the life guard is a nightmare, she will not let the kids play with inflatables and you are not aloud to smoke by the pool area she sends you to the back gate, she is a absolute pain, the other life guards are lovely but she doesn’t make your stay very enjoyable at all, apart from her it’s a lovely hotel

Overall the hotel was fine, aircon made us all very sick, girl life guard is very rude and doesn’t let you do anything without getting shouted at, the maid never changed our bedding once and we was there for 10 days ,2 activities men where lovely so kind and funny, overall the hotel was fine

I never write reviews but I cant tell you how disappointed I was in this hotel - one of the Lifts didn't work the whole time we was there bearing in mind we were on the 6th Floor it was not Ideal, found the staff not very helpful and rude on reception - Food was very much the same, Dinner and evening meal.... outside snack bar there was bird poo all over the chairs and Tables!!!

The service at the bar is the worst I've been to,long queues all the time,y not use self service????,been to this hotel before but will not be coming back,if U like a drink stay away,

Super séjour ! Beaucoup d’animation, top ! ( Davide le meilleur animateur) Beaucoup de personnels parlent français et c’est génial. On y reviendra avec grand plaisir ! PETIT bémol : insonorisation des chambres
