"We had a really disappointing stay. First, we found a cockroach on our bed - we understand it’s summer and this can happen, but when we alerted staff, they killed it and refused to change our sheets even though the cockroach had been right on the bed. About 10 minutes after going back to the room, a second cockroach showed up, so we asked for a room change, which they did approve. However, when my partner asked if staff could grab our bags from the old room so we could move them, the receptionist told him to “be a man.” Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. On top of that, the air conditioning didn’t work for our entire stay, which was rough given the summer heat. Also worth noting: the room in real life looks nothing like the photos online - be prepared for a downgrade from what’s advertised. Overall, would not recommend."

"The staff is lovely. We booked last minute after our return flight was cancelled, so we were able to check into our rooms around noon so we could finally get some sleep. The hotel was very clean and functional. We slept in the annex, which was probably quieter than the main building."

"The hotel was adequate, nothing more… a slight disappointment in terms of expectations. The room was a decent size, and the bed was comfortable (single beds). However, the details could be improved (no toiletries, no coffee maker, and an empty refrigerator without even a bottle of water upon arrival). The cleanliness was also lacking; the towels were worn and poorly laundered. The breakfast was quite mediocre, with little variety and only fair quality in a very small space. The juice was powdered; I don't expect fresh juice anymore, but I do expect a minimum level of quality. The coffee was very good and served immediately. Overall, the staff was very attentive."
