We really enjoyed staying in this hotel for 6 nights, it was extremely clean, and the staff were second to none! Helpful, polite and always have a smile! Would 100 percent recommend this hotel. The spa and pool were excellent, and again very clean! A big Thankyou to all the staff here, from reception to cleaners absolutely fantastic! Well done team hotel artmadams!

Very nice hotel, the room is quite big and very clean. It's close to the castle and port.

The hotel is very nice. The breakfast is more than excellent. Only the coffee was not good. And the breakfast supervisor makes you feel that he is serious. It would be better if he works as a school supervisor and not in a restaurant.

Excellent stay here - rooftop pool (a little small) but a really nice place to get back to in the evening to relax. It's about a 20 minute walk into the centre of Palma, which was ideal for us. Great price too. Staff were friendly and helpful - we all said that we would stay here again.

The facilities in the room are old. Insects appeared in the room. The services were good though.

Picked this hotel after reading reviews it is like being in a Art Gallery it really is a fantastic place to stay really really clean fabulous selection of food at breakfast so you should find something to eat And very friendlyand helpful staff We were not there long enough to make the most of whats on offer but we did tell the staff we will be back for a longer stay its 9.5 out of 10 this time 👍

La nostra esperienza è stata nel complesso positiva. Le stanze sono un po’ datate ma comunque dotate di tutti i comfort e soprattutto molto pulite. Lo staff è molto disponibile e gentile, sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza e a dispensare consigli utili per la vacanza. La struttura è un po’ lontana dal centro ma ben collegata con il servizio autobus grazie al quale in meno di dieci minuti si arriva nelle zone centrali. Lo consigliamo.

Lovely place.....friendly staff and a good breakfast 🥞🥞🥞....Room 211 ..give the single beds a miss...like sleeping on bricks . But would stay again without a doubt... Decent location to get about Palma ....,.Thank you for making us welcome

soggiorno per lavoro, permanenza 4 notti...nonostante si tratti di un hotel di grandi dimensioni vi è la cura di molti particolari, su tutti il cibo. colazioni e pranzi sfiziosi e per tutte le esigenze. posizione ottimale per girare il centro della città.

comoda sistemazione, un pò defilata dal centro di Palma, che rimane cmq raggiungibile con una piacevole passeggiata lungo la baia.. Colazione ricca e soddisfacente, comodo parcheggio interrato e vicinanza di buone soluzioni per cenare o pranzare. Camera spaziosa divisa in 2 ambienti per noi che eravamo in 4.personale gentile e disponibile.

WARNING DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. BOOKING CANCELLED AND STILL CHARGED DESPITE CANCELLING WITHIN THE TIMEFRAME. NOT A REPUTABLE HOTEL - VERY DISAPPOINTED IN BAD MANAGEMENT. LOTS OF OTHER LOVELY HOTELS IN THE AREA WITH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID THIS ONE!

Unbelievable such a bad experience…..awful management of booking. So disappointed as I had travelled here before so a repeat customer. They have charged me despite cancellation of rooms within the set timeframe. Due to family emergency I was unable to continue with my booking. It is a disgusting way to treat customers do not give your card details as you are not protected at all! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL!

A beautiful but very quirky Hotel. The staff are fantastic. The Art within the hotel is very interesting. Breakfast was absolutely brilliant. So much choice. Rooms are great . Loved it felt very welcomed. Thank you to everyone. Great Location for sightseeing. Food Bars.

We stayed here for 2 nights. On arrival, the staff were super happy and friendly! We booked a triple room which was really spacious. No kettles are provided. Approx 15 minute walk into town centre. The rooftop pool is small but perfect for a quick cool off dip.
