Great Stay. Modern and stylish furniture, comfortable bed, and decent size room. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and location was very central, in acstreet full of restaurants and nice cafes. Highly recommended

J’ai choisi cet hôtel qui propose un parking. Et non j’ai payé en ligne sur leur site mais quand j’ai reçu la facture ils ont rajouté 37€ de taxes . Comment expliquer cela? J’ai écrit et le mail n’a malheureusement pas abouti je l’ai signalé à la réception qui me propose d accepter cela car c est la vie!!!mdrr je ne sais pas comment expliquer cela. D après vous ? La salle de bains est dans la chambre il n’y a pas de séparation. Original !!! Il n’y a pas de porte qui sépare Le plus c est dans une rue populaire J’ai décider de dénoncer cet abus de confiance

A lovely hotel that is in a perfect location to fully enjoy Palma, with low travel costs and so much to do within walking distance. The rooms were beautiful and pristine. The highlight was the warm and friendly staff. Juliana and Carla went above and beyond to help guide us during our stay and recommend some of the best local places to eat and sites to visit, anything we needed, they were happy to help. Anna and the kitchen staff were amazing and the breakfast was incredible. The service and hospitality from staff was 10/10. Everyone was so nice and welcoming that I had to make an account to leave a review for the first time. Can't wait to go back.

Amazing experience that has been added to my yearly visits. The hotel rooms that we occupied were spotless and high quality. The hotel was situated in an area that was close to everything from restaurants to grocery stalls. Not to mention the 10/10 hospitality from the service. Juliana and Carla were phenomenal in their service and friendliness to me and my family, ensuring that we felt welcomed and were not shy of things to do during our time there. Will most definitely be seeing us again.

Lugar increíble, recogido y muy cuidado. El servicio en recepción fue muy amable y servicial, la comida del desayuno tiene variación aunque sea un pelín pequeño, las habitaciones muy limpias y sin ninguna queja. Fue un poco complicado dar con el parking, pero el resto todo fue increíble.

Great hotel in Mallorca Great hotel with beautiful spacious rooms and excellent service. The location is great as well. The hotel is spotless clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Some rooms have a large terrace and a hot tub, which is great if you want to sunbathe and have a fun evening. The rooftop is pleasant with a small pool to relax and a perfect space to get a tan.

Smelly shower drains and building work Shower drains smelt very bad and as the shower isn't separated from the room it made the whole room smell. Only one bottle of water is allowed to be filled up with water at a time, even with multiple people in one room. Very limited toiletries in room and some were empty and not refilled despite asking reception. There was building work going on in the hotel from 9am, which woke us up and continued throughout the day for 2 days

Feeling local Great location and great service.

Great hotel, good location, friendly staff Great hotel in a great location. Mattresses were so amazing, seriously need to know what they were. Staff were friendly, helpful and available. Rooms could benefit from ventilation in the bathrooms and some touch ups to finishes, but it did not affect our stay at all. Lovely staff, clean and once again, amazing mattresses.
