Los Arboles Hotel

Very bad experience at this motel. I accidentally got some blood on the sheet and I washed it out. Pure water went to the mattress no blood and this hotel charged me $550 for the mattress. I have never heard of such a thing before and I will never stay at this motel again. The maids threw a wet sheet on a pair of my pants that cost $420 and ruined my pants.

Front desk fraud. I ate at the restaurant attached to this hotel on Saturday 5/25. I accidentally left my credit card in the bill. I called the next day on Sunday and they said they had my credit card and would leave it at the front desk of the hotel and I said I'd pick it up Monday morning. I came by Monday morning and they "couldn't find it". The lady said she'd call the owner and manager and then magically my card was back 2 hours later. I got home from my trip and there are charges from the hotel on my card. I never stayed at the hotel. I called and talked to Valentina who said she found the charge but there was no record of what it was for. She was going to look into it and get back to me. It's been over a week and I've left 3 messages with no reply or resolution. Someone who works here swiped my card and I'm now going to have to report the fraud to my credit card. The meal at El Mirasol was great but there's something amiss in the front desk of this hotel. I don't expect liars and thieves in a great tourist town like Palm Springs.

My stay at Los Arboles during my trip to Palm Springs was a memorable delight. The proximity to restaurants, shops and cafes was unbeatable and the hotel itself offered a beautiful and charming atmosphere. Definitely check out the restaurant here, the food is delicious!

A friend and I stayed here for the BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells. Due to exorbitant prices in the area and limited availability both due to the tournament, it was rather difficult to find a place. I was able to book Los Arboles through Chase. I am so glad I did. It's only 30 min. from the Indian Wells Tennis Center. The staff is extremely friendly, the rooms are very clean, the pool is great, parking is FREE, and they have a killer Mexican food restaurant. If I decide to go to IW next year, this is for sure where I'll stay.

What a wonderful oasis. People are super friendly and attentive. We loved our room (which was one of the smaller ones, but seemed crazy big to us). Very clean accommodation, and right in the middle of the "action"...walk to shops and restaurants. Pool and hot tub looked nice, and private (in the courtyard, away from the street). The hotel feels very secure, too.

This hotel checked all the boxes - the staff were amazing - the hotel was spotless... Lily in the restaurant is my all time favorite server!!! Cons: IF you have a room with an adjoining door be careful as the walls are very thin and you can hear every word your neighbor is saying... Also, they should have a grab bar in the bath tub as it is very high! I would go back in a heartbeat - right in the center of everything!

We LOVE this place. My wife and I come to Palm Springs a couple times a year and always stay in different places. We have decided to stay here from now in. Valentina and Corinna were amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was all that we wanted. They always checked to see we needed anything. They even came to see us while we were in the pool to bring us drinks. We had booked our stay well in advance of our arrival. In the period after we booked they had special on room rates. Valentina came out to the pool to let us know they were giving us the special. We never would have even known about the special. The rat of the staff who did room cleaning were incredibly hard working and friendly. It was very much appreciated and earned our loyalty on future trips.

Lovely boutique hotel in the centre of Palm Springs. Family run with very helpful staff. The margaritas are spectacular and very strong, all served next to the nice swimming pool ready for you to cool down in. We had a fridge in the room so were able to cool beers and wine for later in the evenings on our private tearrace. Highly recommended.

The most beautiful, friendly, clean and enjoyable hotel in Palm Springs downtown. The staff is so awesome especially VALENTINA at the check in desk. There is a restaurant here on site called MIRASOL with the best food, service and margaritas. I promise you will not regret it if you book and stay here. Walking distance to everything!
