The Reef House Adults Retreat

This was our second time at the reef house after 2 years and that was far too long without the rest, rejuvenation, and relaxation that The Reef House has to offer. Of course our stay would not be the same without the amazing staff that go above and beyond for us every time. We would like to make a special mention to Cédric for continuous service with a smile and his “No task too big or too small” attitude. Another staff member that worked incredibly hard make us feel special and always brightened our day was Jeremy. We can’t wait to come back to our little slice of paradise that is The Reef House. Words can not describe the love we have for the Reef House team, they make us feel like family. The Reef House will always hold a special place in our hearts.

From the booking to the last service, we only had the best experience with Reef House. My responses were answered in a timely manner, on the arrival we were greeted with a smile, genuine warmth and enthusiasm by Cedric who became our guide and advisor of the Palm Cove area. Team who looked after reception, bar and food area are an absolutely fantastic and really knows how to make every day special. Reef House has wonderful people who are passionate about the place and what they do. It’s not the luxurious place and inclusions that makes this place special, it’s the people that makes you feel like at home and miss this place like home. Reef House was just what we needed, escaping busy Sydney life and we are already planning our trip back. Thank you to everyone who made our stay very special and memorable. We will never forget this trip and people who was part of our special celebration. Until next time!
