This hotel is the best I’ve stayed in. Absolutely pristine grounds and gardens, the food was faultless and so much choice with variation too, great facilities for families and super accessible for prams. The staff can’t do enough for you, so friendly and helpful. Great with my little girl. Efi and Vasiliki seen in the picture lovely girls. Very good at their jobs. We will recommend this hotel.

Vichy and the entire team at the hotel were absolutelt amazing! Their warm hospitality and exceptional service made our stay Trudy memorabile. Additionally web wireless not disturberò at all by the construction of the water slide. It Washington all done vero discreetly and did not affetto our stay in and way!!!

Bugs! Huge bugs. I have visited different Greek islands & I know Greece has bugs but this place was crazy! Massive things & we had to sit inside on an evening They were about in the day making a nuisance but came out in force early evening like an army & put you inside. Apart from that which I did try my best to put aside the hotel & grounds are very well maintained. Pool areas & views are beautiful. We were upgraded to a private bungalow suite with pool & it was gorgeous (apart from the bugs). The hotel had a couple of restaurants which the Italian was great & the buffet was fine for breakfast but evening buffet wasn’t the best. There was also a bit of a weird pressure about paying immediately if ordered drinks in the buffet as some people were All Inc & some half board it was just a bit unorganised. We found a nice restaurant nearby instead Vardiani. There isn’t much around the hotel & Xi beach has pretty much disappeared. Another thing to note is the ferry crossing to lixouri. You are waiting for a ferry if this was in height of summer it would be a nightmare with luggage & children. Also worth mentioning nobody helps with luggage on & off ferry so if you had mobility problems this would be a massive issue I would think. Kefalonia is beautiful & was a nice hotel (did not enjoy the bugs)!

We have been accommodated in a vila with privete pool and greater pool for few vilas which helped us enjoy time with kids in our own pace and private place. However the three other big pools were fun simply because the entertainer and his team made our time great dancing and having great fun. Beautiful client service people in the reception and restaurant especially Gabriela who guided us always and had nice words for the children. The hotel is at 5-7 min walking distance from gourgeous XI beach with its red sand and rocky edges. Overall a great summer holiday and experience with children.

Almost everything about this resort is excellent. Spotlessly clean, attentive and friendly staff, great accommodation and pools, little outdoor cinema showing English films each evening and then there is the food. I have never been much of a fan of buffet style meals, but the food and service provided here surpassed all expectations in both the quality and quantity. Truly amazing. Vast choice of fruit and salads, local dishes, oven baked pizza, pasta and roast meats and desserts to die for. You will be going back for more ! Drinks are a very reasonable price. Half price alcohol at happy hour between 4pm and 6pm. Mine’s a mojito 👍. The only negative is that it is situated such that you either need a car to travel anywhere, or avail yourself of organised trips. We did both to see the highlights of the island and delightful neighbouring Ithaka. But I missed the typical evening stroll and window shopping. It lacks a comfortable lounge although there is a music bar. There are sofas in reception but it’s a bit clinical and the air con is a bit too chilly there. Xi beach is a short stroll away. The weather was so hot during our stay that we didn’t go there as I believe there is little shade and that was a shame, but the pool made up for it. Umbrellas are fixed so no one can take more than one per two sun beds and reserving these with towels is technically not allowed. There is also an outdoor sofa area with shade. In all a great place and highly recommended.
