I was a return guest, I spent a few nights here last year. Based on my positive experience, I chose it again for a week with my wife. They offered it as a Double Exclusive Superior Room (for EUR 95 per night). It was really small, and not very well equipped at all (see pics), maybe suitable for 2-3 nights, but not more. On the 1st day we reported that there's no reliable wifi in the room, next day they promised to call a technician, nothing happened for days, except that the wifi became totally unavailable. On the 6th day we were advised that they contacted their wifi provider, and offered us another room in another building (with wifi) for the remaining one day, but we declined. Finally, after a-few-day-long gaslighting of our problem (the manager tried to make us believe that our devices are not correctly configured, although they have worked properly with any wifi network worldwide, not to mention the tv set on the wall of the room was not working with their wifi either), we got some apologies, but not (even a symbolic) compensation. As a final touch, two tablets of chocolate - we bought for our kids - vanished from our room. Regarding their value, it was really a pathetic issue. But the manager's response to it was not any more surprising for us: we should double-check our stuff, the chocolates must be there... They were not. On check-out I didn't start any argument with the manager, they didn't reflect on any of these issues, and my polite "goodbye" was not responded. The breakfast (included in the price) was significantly less rich as it was last year. The room was quiet, indeed, but only in respect of street noises, the noises from other rooms, however, were quite audible. The cleaning staff came every day (even on Sunday), but their main activity was making the bed and adding some toilet paper, nothing more - they didn't clean at all (see pic with dust bunnies), but at least they probably love chocolate... Needless to say, I will never return.

The position of the hotel is perfect if you want to be in the middle of the historical center and without being noisy. The girl from the reception very friendly, proactive and professional, she could easily work at a 5 star hotel. This boutique hotel is new and very beautiful. The breakfast is though a joke. Full of sweety, unhealthy options and a few slices of cheese and hamon coming at 30 minutes. Whoever manages this I would highly recommend to change this. There is too much investment in the hotel for this kind of 2 star service for breakfast. The pillows are very big and hard as well.

Das ist Hotel ist sehr schön, modern und originell. Als besonderes Highlight zu erwähnen ist die Dachterrasse und die künstlerischen Innenhöfe. Die Zimmer sind stylisch - modern, leider sehr eng! Es ist kaum Platz für das Gepäck. Wirklich negativ zu bewerten ist die Parkplatz Situation! So wurde uns vorab versichert, dass Parkplätze zur Verfügung stünden - eben nicht!!!! Wir mussten fast eine Stunde einen öffentlichen Parkplatz suchen und dann 1 Km zu Fuß zum Hotel gehen! In der Minibar wird zwar sizilianischer Wein angeboten, jedoch gab es keine Gläser und der Korkenzieher war auch kaputt! Sehr schade, dass man mit der Summe an kleinen Fehlern einen Aufenthalt vermiesen kann.

In pieno centro a Palermo struttura e camere molto belle, pulite, spaziose e con un'anima elegante. Staff molto gentile ed accogliente. Tornerò.

Nous avons reçu toutes les infos nécessaires en arrivant par Whatsap. Nous sommes arrivés pas de réception et personne pour nous accueillir. Les vidéos et explications étaient précises mais bon... on a un peu cherché. Escaliers très étroits pour arriver dans notre chambre. Notre fils dormait sur une mezzanine dont l'escalier raide étaiet assez dangereux et faisait énormément de bruit. La literie n'était pas super, nous n'avons pas bien dormi. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et complet. Les dames étaient aux petits soins et nous donnèrent aussi des infos de visite. La situation de l'hôtel est idéale géographiquement parlant et calme.

Mitten in dem ehemaligen arabischen Viertel Palermos liegt dieses kleine B&B. Von Khalisah aus lassen sich alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Das Team gibt sich sehr viel Mühe mit seinen Gästen. Wir bekamen sogar einen kleine Videofilm zur Anreise vorab zugeschickt. Trotzdem haben wir es vorgezogen lieber direkt am Foro Italico zu parken, auf dem es außerhalb der Saison ausreichend freie Parkplätze gibt. Von dort sind es nur wenige Minuten bis zum B&B. Hinweis zu den Zimmern: Wir hatten ein Futonbett. Wer sich nicht mehr so gut bewegen kann, sollte darauf achten.
