I enjoyed my stay in the Mercury hotel. The receptionist (Sylvia) gave to me a great service by changing my single room and giving me another single roome with nicer view and more confortable. The breakfast was delicious and rich. Coffe machine workd perfectly and everything was nice!

Отель не соответствует цене - качество. Номер маленький, окно выходит на лестницу, где постоянно стоит телега с грязным бельем и поднос грязной посуды. Унитаз плохо работает, не смывает бочок, несколько раз обращались с проблемой. Завтраки хорошие, местоположение нас устроило, т.к. нам важно было близость к порту. Девушка на рецепции не понимала наш английский или не хотела понять. Парень был приветливый и решил все вопросы.

房間不錯，很乾凈，離市中心很近，主要的景點步行都可以到達，早餐也不錯，比較豐盛，就是停車費比較貴，取車時間要一個小時

Very good overall. The breakfast was actually fantastic. The location was b close the main nubs one towards the city centre. The bus cost about 1.30. A taxi or uber is 15-20 euros but the walk is just 20 minutes city centre. City tax is also very cheap!

Siamo molto felici che abbia apprezzato la posizione centrale del nostro hotel, che permette di raggiungere facilmente a piedi le principali attrazioni turistiche della città, e che abbia trovato la colazione ricca e variegata, con l'opportunità di gustare alcuni dei dolci tipici locali. Ci dispiace apprendere che la sistemazione all'ultimo piano non abbia soddisfatto pienamente le sue aspettative a causa dei rumori provenienti dagli impianti di ventilazione. La ringraziamo per averci fatto notare questo aspetto, e terremo in considerazione il suo feedback per cercare di migliorare il comfort dei nostri ospiti. Excellent location within walking distance of Politeama and various restaurants/shops. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, with a pretty breakfast room. Our room and bathroom were a good size with good wifi signal. The bed was comfortable and clean. Regarding the view, our room was facing the inner courtyard so we had a view of private apartments opposite so no city view. Also it didn't have a balcony or working air conditioning as advertised and booked. This meant the room was a bit smelly and stuffy so we had to sleep with the windows open and got quite bitten by mosquitoes. Overall we would stay again but in a room with a balcony and air conditioning as advertised.
