酒店地理位置優越，就在步行街附近，離景點和購物中心都步行可達。酒店提供的早餐，品種不多，但品質挺棒，而且服務生勤快，感覺不錯。酒店房間設計簡約，舒服，乾淨，而且面積也大，跟滿意。

The location was really good. Breakfasts are pretty good as well. We enjoyed staying.

大堂應該重新裝修過，比較新比較現代。 房間整體一般般，面積偏小，床單跟浴巾感覺不算特別乾燥和乾淨。 早餐也不好吃整體。 出租車司機説是當地很好的酒店了，但整體而言位置大於設施吧。

位置很好，交通方便，門口就有大巴直達機場。 服務還行，房間裏面有點一般。住一晚還行。 停車23歐每天，包含了代客泊車服務費。自己泊車也是這個價

酒店就在教堂廣場一側，位置很好，主街上，樓下是prada店，機場大巴就在酒店門口大車。衞生一般，枕頭有股味道，整體設定比較老舊，早餐很一般，如果是另外付費，不建議選，外面太多便宜美味早餐地方可以選。

酒店就在步行街不遠處，去景點非常方便，樓下就是Prada，LV等名品店，酒店裝修有品味，乾淨整潔，前台接待態度冷淡

臨近商業街，位置方便，樓下就是劇院小廣場。房間設施整潔，但對比歐洲大陸品質不太高～在巴勒莫應該算不錯的了

部屋にドライヤーがなかったので電話をしたら、わざわざ届けにきてくれました。 フロント対応がとても親切だった。 また泊まりたいです。

床略小 早餐完美 樓下全是奢侈品店

Lovely hotel overlooking a piazza. We booked a room with a balcony which was lovely to sit and watch the world go by. It is centrally located with bakeries, restaurants, shops and history right on your doorstep. Although it is a busy road, as is all the center you cannot hear the traffic in the room. The photographs of the Hotel absolutely do not do it justice at all, it is so much better.

Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Room was small but well appointed. Breakfast was very good, and the restaurant was great with a lovely view of the city, but had a limited selection. The bartender was also very good!

We both absolutely loved this hotel - it was great to stay at a modern hotel after traveling around Sicily. The location is perfect, tons of shopping and restaurants across the piazza. We did not expect to have breakfast there, so it was a very nice surprise to be informed that it was complimentary! The breakfast itself had something for everybody, it was an excellent spread. We stayed on the 3rd floor and it was very spacious. The shower pressure was absolutely phenomenal although the shower itself wasn't large. . The hotel staff was lovely from the front reception to the staff working the breakfast buffet. The front staff arranged our taxi pickup to the airport and the taxi was prompt, excellent stay!

We were happy we chose Hotel Politeama for our first stay in Palermo. Being near the Garibaldi theater and piazza was very nice. There was even an outdoor concert one night that we enjoyed from our balcony. The rooftop restaurant at the hotel is very good and a popular spot. Staff and facilities were excellent as well as an excellent breakfast included. We will return.

un week end a Palermo molto soddisfacente. Hotel in posizione perfetta per visitare il centro ma in posizione tranquilla ed accessibile. Staff professionale e cordiale, camera e servizi adeguati, letto perfetto per riposare. Hotel in cui tornerò volentieri.
