It’s a beautiful place with excellent service. Breakfast is wonderful, they have the best croissants. Place is really beautiful. Staying here is just experience on its own. They tell you that will send you email with instructions how to get in and make sure you read it !!!!! Otherwise, you will never get in.

Stay away! There is something very wrong with the other reviews of this b&b. The place is in a terrible area of Palermo. In attempting to drive there, we got into some seriously bad slums. I strongly recommend that you be careful about using the standard navigation apps, as in trying to send you on the (presumably) shortest routes, they will direct you into tiny streets in highly a questionable area - at least while routing you from the airport. I say this as a person who lived in very bad neighborhoods when I was younger, and who has traveled very extensively throughout Europe. Once we thought we had gotten close to the b&b, but were still unable to find it, we called the manager on duty (perhaps an owner?). On foot, she eventually managed to locate us. She was quite friendly and trying to be helpful, but was utterly frenzied and disorganized. She directed us to a place to park our car. This was a small lot or perhaps a mechanics garage parking area. It was run by a very angry man who did not even want to let us park there. Somehow the manager eventually convinced him to allow us to park there. However, we would need to leave the car keys with him. Given the unpleasant neighborhood, our substantial quantity of luggage that we would need to carry to the b&b (which we still had not seen), and the fact that we were not convinced we could even get the car back in order to go to dinner (if ever). We decided not to give our car keys to truly unpleasant and angry man. It was clear that there was nowhere nearby the b&b location to park, and that the manager had completely falsified the situation there. We told her that we would find somewhere else to stay, and asked her to please refund our one-night's deposit. Although she was nice enough at that time, she later refused to return our money. We cannot speak to the actual rooms, but everything else we had been told consisted of complete fabrications and/or exaggerations. I would take the other reviews with a large grain of salt.

Dies war unsere letzte Unterkunft für nur einen Tag. Die Kommunikation vorab und der Emfang waren sehr nett und freundlich. Die Lage in Palermo war sehr gut wobei mir die Lage der Bellaroto Suites besser gefallen hat. Das Zimmer war riesig. Min 4-5 m hohe Decken. Das bequemste Bett der ganzen Reise mit 6 Hotels. Das Bad besonders. Aber seltsamerweise keine Duschgels oder Ähnliches und auch keine Ablagemöglichkeit in der riesigen Dusche dafür. Das Bad ist nach oben offen und es schallt schon sehr in dem großen Raum. Für uns war es ok.War ja mit Freund unterwegs Aber gemütliche Amore gibts dort nicht😉😂 Das Frühstück war ganz gut. Auswahl Ok. Nichts aussergewöhnliches aber ausreichend. Im ganzen fand ich das Hotel ganz gut. Würde aber bei erneuter Reise nach Palermo das erste Hotel wieder bevorzugen

Located in a rather unprepossessing street in the heart of historic centre, but within walking distance of all the main sights of Palermo and of the railway and bus stations. The hotel is part of a larger, mainly residential, building. It is accessed up a longish flight of steps (no lift). The reception is not usually manned, but the owner, Carlotta, kept in contact with us prior to our arrival and was there to check us in and to provide useful information on the area. Our spacious room was clean and well appointed (with the most effective air conditioning I have ever come across!). Breakfast is served from 8.00 until 10.00 each morning – an extensive cold buffet, the contents of which varied from day to day. Recommended.

La signora Carlotta era così accogliente e cordiale che ci siamo sentiti come a casa. La Suite dove abbiamo alloggiato è splendidamente arredata con mobili eleganti. Tutto è immacolato ed è mantenuto con grande cura. Bella anche la sala colazione. C'è una colazione a buffet, con una varietà di prodotti dolci e salati. La signorina che si occupa della colazione e pulisce le stanze è incredibilmente dolce, cordiale e disponibile. Un posto bellissimo, dove torneremo sicuramente. Kristine Vos

We - my wife and me stayed in one of the suites for 2 nights. It was wowwwww. The rooms are beautiful 👍👍👍 Very big room with a large bed. The bathroom is big and the toilet too (2 different rooms) The room design is wonderful 💥💥💥. The breakfast is OK (we need some vegetables) The location is very good - in the heart of the city. You can find a parking very close. Above all - Carlotta👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 She care about everything. Her recommendations was very good. We recommending very much the suit!!!
