Really friendly owner. Nothing much for breakfast, but the environment really nice

火車站附近，地理位置不錯，沒有電梯，我的行李非常輕，不要緊，剛剛到巴勒莫，我把未來11天的公交行程都問了前台，回答得非常詳細，點贊！客廳房間的裝修風格不錯，我的房間還有窗子和客廳相通，白牆，拼花地磚，綠植，儘管沒有街景，都很滿足了。

支払いはチェックインの時にカード払いしましたが、 領収書が出てきませんでした。 また、家族で宿泊したので、複数ベッドの部屋を予約しましたが、ダブルベッドがひとつで予備ベットがある部屋でした。 1人は予備ベットに寝ることにしましたが、シーツがなく、what's upで要求しましたが、もう遅いと取り合ってくれませんでした。(21:00)仕方なく、ダブルベットの掛けシーツを敷いて寝ました。 領収書はメールで送ってくれることになっていましたが、2日経ってまだ、届いていません。 イタリアの宿ってこんなもんでしょうか？

離火車站很近的一個民宿，步行到哪裡都挺方便，對嗎還有一個超市自己買點東西超便宜。就是早餐八點半才開始有點晚。

The host seemed very nice at first… we started to have issues. First off we got there NO AC was on. it was sweltering hot. We then turned the AC on and this smell of sewer/ sulfur begin to fill the rooms. It became Unbearable as we all had to walk around with our noses covered. The place seemed to be updated and nice but it was basically impossible to deal with the smell. We then messaged the owner and he told us “ turn off the ac and turn it back on” as if this has happened before. keep in mind we never mentioned the air conditioning smelling so he must know something. After a nights sleep there we woke up AND IT SMELLED EVEN WORSE. So we decided with 4 disabled people this place was not going to work and that we would need to move. When telling the owner that we were leaving he told us he smelt nothing and that he was sorry. we appreciated that he felt bad but we still had to leave. we only stayed one night which we offered to leave our deposit ( covered one night) and take our other payment back he said no. he can’t lose this money in JULY. we understand money may be tight but we are now out of $2000 AND WE HAVE TO find a new hotel. so now we are thousands of dollars into this mess and he refuses to give us our money back and just says have a nice day and leaves. It is safe to say unless you want to stay in a place that has an awful sewer smell and that you wake up drenched. this is not the place to go. ( US people this may look like something that we would see at home, It is not) Save your time and money, go stay at a hotel that caters to your needs. also there are very many steps to access this place so keep in mind if you are traveling with a disability. Lastly you get dropped off on AN alley way filled with trash AND people that are just sitting out on the road late at night. that may not be an issue to some but if you would prefer not to stay in the ghetto then AGAIN stay in a hotel.

Quiet , close to the central train station friendly staff.

The property was perfect for a very short stay in Palermo. The room was clean and spacious with a comfy bed and cold aircon. The host was friendly and helpful. The location was great and near the train station. Surrounding the place it seemed a bit more run down than the rest of Palermo but inside it was fabulous. Thank you for a great stay.

Location is very convenient Very close to the train and bus station and only a few blocks from the historic city center. Breakfast was food and plenty, there is an expresso machine available for the guest and we loved that. Mauricio was a great host.

The room was comfortable with enough space to make myself at home. I enjoyed having indoor and outdoor common areas.

Everything was exceptional. Super clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, the pastries were amazing The host was really friendly and was available for any advice or suggestions on where to visit . Good location and easy walking distance to the main sights Would definitely stay again if I returned to Palermo and would highly recommend

Amazing b&b hotel. I love the design of the rooms and mini balcony. Very clean too. Conveniently close to main trani station.

Alessio offers a nice property only about 15 minutes walking to the markets and famous attractions. He offers a nice breakfast and you have access to coffee and tea 24/7. The shower is small by most standards but the water is hot. There is a flight of stairs to climb. I would stay there again. Very reasonably priced.

The property itself is very clean and the staff very accommodating. It is located in a safe area and with easy access to public transportation Unfortunately it is in an area where garbage is left on the streets and thus the unpleasant smell in the surrounding area. it is also a good 30 minute walk from decent restaurants
